Joe is thorough, has a good rapport with other contractors (electrician, plumber) communicates really well, has an eye for the details, is conscious of the mess caused by remodeling, and takes every precaution to prevent as much of it as possible. There were actually times I came home after he was done for the day and I would have sworn he mopped! I couldn't recommend him more highly and would not hesitate to work with him in the future."

"Mark took a deposit from me and then never followed up on submitting the proposal I signed to my co-op and getting approval. Finally almost a year later, I asked for the deposit back, and he said he would mail immediately after briefly trying to convince me to still let him do the job, because it was simply "out of sight out of mind". That was 2 years ago. I'm filing a small claims case against him/the company tomorrow."

Did excellent work cleaned up after wards & we were very satisfied. The owner of RIJ’s was here all the time mostly overseeing his workers and picking up the correct materials (kitchen cabinets, bathroom, stone, and accessories, etc. ) needed to make it all come together. Paul, who was RIJI’s Plumber Did an outstanding job."
