Ken was kind, professional responsive and punctual. He called when he said he would and came when he said he woul. THere were no snafus. I was under aatime constratint and ken worked hard to complete the job on time.

The people who work for Kenco are polite and sensitive to my home environment. They will even move furniture if needed to get to the windows. They scrape paint that may be left by previous painting, work inside and out together to be sure that the windows are perfectly clear. They have no problem with windows that are 3 stories high. They vacuum the screens and do not leave any debris on the widow sills. They are EXCELLENT

They were very good. They were on time and gave me a reasonable quote. They gave me first time discounts. They came to do the work in a reasonable amount of time after the estimate. There were really dark spots that I didn't think would come out and the carpet looks brand new now. Their quote was the most reasonable of the quotes I got.

I did contact Angies List. This is a beautiful house full of windows that I knew could sparkle. I called KenCo, they were nearby and had glowing reports. We bought this house two years ago and when we did, I knew that part of the reason was for the beautiful windows. Yes, they were dirty and the dirt obscured the lovely view, but I knew that one day we would have them professionally cleaned. I am so glad to have met Ken on Angies List. He arrived promptly with his team of strapping young men, ready and able to tackle years of encrusted dirt and "whatever" it is called, sort of a crust that forms on old windows. I did ask him how he did it, he (Ken) would not tell me. Oh well, I would be glad to have him back in another six months. We can now see how beautiful the flowers in the yard are. Ken and his crew were very clean, even brought along a vacuum, several door mats, never left a spect of dirt. I would also like to say that I had to run out for an hour. I trusted them that much ... and on a first visit!!!! Ken watches closely over every singe thing. Thanks Ken!

I was impressed with Mr. Gill's knowledge and professionalism from the start. The job he did was excellent. I highly recommend him and will be using him in the future.

First, the owner came and worked WITH his crew of two very polite, very conscientious young men. Second, they were on time. Third, they were incredibly careful and respectful of the furniture/furnishings and left the place exactly how they found it, and fourth, when I tipped the crew, each of them shook my hand. A radically different experience than I've had in the past.

HE'S IS A VERY PLEASANT AND A GOOD GUY. HE IS HARD WORKING AND DOES A GOOD JOB CLEANING EVERYTHING, AND IT LOOKS GOOD. HE GOES THE EXTRA MILE GETTING THE STAINS OUT OF CHAIRS AND STUFF.
