Ken, the owner, gave me an estimate detailing what would be done. I got an earlier appointment due to a cancellation. Good following up on the phone. Workers arrived exactly on time.

Ken introduced me to his services, measured and gave me an estimate. We agreed and he cleaned carpeting in two rooms and several runners. Best cleaning experience I ever had.

Excellent service- did an amazing job even on really old stains.

Mr Ken Gill the owner and operator of the company arrived right on time as we agreed, Mr Gill who was born in Barbados and raised in London England, He was an absolute pleasure to talk to and we agreed on a price at which time work proceeded immediately. It was a thorough and professional job and I could not be more please with the results, although the carpets are 12 years old they now look new thanks to the professionalism of KenCo, I will highly recommend KenCo to my family and neighbors and would not hesitate to utilize there service again..

They did a good job. They were very nice and on time and when the stain came back up a little bit, the young man came out and recleaned it at no charge.

The owner, Mr. Kenneth Gill, arrived on time a couple of weeks ago to give estimates on window cleaning and cleaning 2 sofas and a large rug. We decided to put off the window cleaning until the fall, in part to see how the other cleaning jobs would go. He showed up on time the day of the work (today) and worked all morning steam-cleaning the two sofas. They had a lot of cat hair on them and a few other stains, and when he was done they looked super. They aren't fully dry yet, but I can tell they will be almost as good as new by tomorrow. Too bad Mr. Gill can't make the cat scratch marks disappear! The rug, even older than the sofas, already looks bright and fresh after the shampooing. Mr. Gill does fine work and is a courteous gentleman of the old school. I would use his services again, and I plan to call him to wash all of the many windows in this house.

Ken was courteous, confirmed by phone the day before our appointment, arrived on time and was very clear about what the cleaning would cost.

Mr. Ken, from Kenco Cleaners, Inc. and his workers have worked at my home approximately half a dozen times. They are always professional, polite and work to ensure satisfaction. They have washed the windows in the off season.
