+ 0 moreHe keeps to the schedule, is timely and puts in a complete day of work and then some. Bottom line, he takes pride in his work and will adjust to fit the needs of the customer. He is very engaging and pleasant to deal with. If you want and excellent product, he is your man.
Description of Work: Had a bad flood in my basement, and Chuck came to the rescue. He put in a new door and framing from the garage to the basement. Built a new platform for the washer & dryer,new landing for staircase from the first floor to the basement. Did complete framing, sheet rock panels, and painted an entire basement wall. Chuck also put new molding and assisted with removal of baseboard heating vents. He is a craftsman, and takes his work seriously. He also did fantastic work on my parents basement by painting, dropping the ceiling with new lighting and tiles, and put a new linoleum floor after removing old tiles.

+ 0 moreHe is very well established and highly regarded. His family has lived in the community. I was extremely happy with him. He is a certified and a licensed contractor. He is a real community person. I actually got to know him even better because he is involved with the school system and so am I. He did a lot of stuff to eliminate the damage that I had suffered due to the flood. He was very timely. He had all the supplies that were necessary. When he said he would be here at 8.30, then he used to be here at 8.30. My relative recommended him. He was very agreeable and negotiable. His quality of work was meticulous. His work was correct and precise. His father was a craftsman, and he is a craftsman. I got in touch with him, and he gave me a date where he could get here after he finishes his prime projects. He used to be here every day until he finished it. He came on time, and he did his work.
Description of Work: Chuck Lockyer Contracting did the sheet rock, molding, build a staircase, build a platform for the washing machine and dryer, reframing on the couple of walls about a month ago.
