They were true professionals throughout the entire process from design discussions, materials selection, and construction. Their website had plenty of photos of the quality and scope of their work which helped us decide to use them. We are totally happy with their work…timing and quality. We recommend them!

QBP made the process easy. They understood what we needed and walked us through all the options. They scheduled a time to setup the pergola in a relatively quick turnaround time and their team seemed very knowledgeable and professional. My family has now a beautiful pergola that we can enjoy all year around. I highly recommend them for any pergolas!

Quality Built Pergolas has excellent customer service. We signed the contract and shortly, to our satisfaction, the Pergola was up. The quality of the wood and polycarbonate top is wonderful. The gents that did the work were quite professional, tidy and quick. Mark Nickley came to our property, did the measure with accuracy and explained our choices. The craftmanship is in the details - it is definitely apparent this team is passionate about their work. After the build the worksite was just like they found it – CLEAN. I normally have to clean up after the trades leave, but not with QBP. My husband and I are in awe with our new cedar pergola and black hardware. My goodness people just read the other 1 Star Reviews (on Google) and don't become a VICTIM of this fraudster Don McSwain and his scam crew (Levi & Jessica.) I will be brief, signed a contract in December 2020 for a build in July and paid a deposit. They straight up ghosted me and I had to send a Panic linkedIN message to Don the owner to get a response. Literally the Friday before my Pavilion was to be built (after an 8 month contract) Don calls me and informs me he doesn't have the skillset, resources, nor the capabilities to build my Pavilion. He showed Zero empathy and offered to refund my money less his costs including a $108 payment processing fee on my deposit. Not even an apology for setting my project back an entire year â shame on me for putting my trust in this company. This company signs contracts, holds your money & then cancels on you. They even try to keep your money through B.S. Don't be Victim like me. I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau!

You can always tell a good company when they know how to handle an issue. Jessica, service coordinator and Levi, the installer, really took care of our job and cared about the outcome. Our Pergola is beautiful and they rose to the occasion, even with a minor hiccup along the way. I highly recommend Quality Built Pergolas! I am a retired general contractor and these people run their company like I ran mine. The communication and quality was excellent!!

These people were delightful, professional, provided high quality work, clean up and follow up. I asked them to design something they had not previously done, and did an excellent job of designing the change and implementing it. I couldn't be happier with their work.

I got several quotes from companies that specialize in pergolas. I wanted something that was contemporary while keeping cost and quality in mind. I also wanted to customize a few things to allow for limited sun exposure without having a full cover on top as our yard faces West. I worked with Tony who is a sales rep for the company. He wasn’t pushy and came prepared to walk me through their offerings. We exchanged several texts and calls as I kept coming up with mind blowing ideas every hour (ok maybe I was just crazy). Regardless, he was attentive and addressed every suggestion. The village took about 2 months to approve my permit due to Covid and limited resources and it was finally time for the install. Levi was our installer. If I owned this company, Levi is who I’d want working for me. He treated us as if he owned the company himself and was very attentive to me pointing out things before he was even done with the job. He assured me everything will be fine once the pergola is up, things are sealed and a final coat of paint is applied. He was absolutely correct. There were some issues that I addressed and Levi did everything in his control to make things the way we wanted. The wood comes from the mill and the two boards in the front of our pergola were not aligned as they were/are different in size by about a half inch. The two boards meet in the middle of our pergola as it’s about 28ft wide. He shaved off where the boards meet and made it look as seamless as possible. The wood from the mill is also very rough and while it gives it a rustic look it can cause splinters if somebody was to rub against it. The only thing I wish I knew ahead of time was how the wood felt. We may get it sanded down in the future as we have a basketball court attached to our patio and kids may run into the wood. As of now it looks great and we’re just waiting on some touch up paint or paint codes so we can go and buy paint from Sherwin Williams. I highly recommend working with this company.

Quality Built Pergolas has been top notch from start to finish. We are so grateful we found them to design and build the pergola of our dreams. From the planning with Mark and scheduling with Jessica, to the installation with Levi, this project has been seamless. Customer service, communication, and follow up have been awesome. The team if Nathan and Doug were awesome. They worked very professionally and cleaned up as the went thru the day. Their craftsmanship is excellent. I have had so many compliments on the pergula ever since it was completed. I will recommend and definitely call them again for any other projects.

From start to finish, this company was top notch. Extremely professional, reasonable, knowledgeable and understanding of our ideas. Our outdoor pavilion is exactly what we were wanting and has transformed our backyard into our dream oasis. Would highly recommend this company.
