Description of Work: We had our front door, back door and two glass storm doors replaced. The quality of the products was excellent, as was the performance of the installers. They arrived on time, 8 am, and worked straight through to 3:30 pm. They replaced all our moldings, inside and out, and cleaned up after themselves. We are very pleased with the results! The ordering and measuring process was also very smooth and professional. We did have to wait 8 weeks to get the doors in, but they told us to expect that with the product we ordered. It was worth the wait!

Description of Work: We did a patio cover with Wendel Home Center. From the beginning, Don came to my house and show me pictures of different products and explained and answer my questions. Then we decided to make a 3" insulated roof 11x16 ft custom made patio cover and gave deposit of a thousand dollars in cheque. Since then we didn't hear any update as to when they are coming to my house, how is the order going, how long it's gonna take, nothing until 1 mth after. So I had to call to the ph number given, first to Don, he said he will have a person from office call me back with a date. I waited and no call until the second day, I called to the office again, left message, and only on the third day, the office manager called me back and said installation will come 2 wks later. Hence, the responsiveness is F. I am happy with the patio cover so far and everything looks good except that the tape on top of roof to cover the seam between 2 panels is crooked. It would be perfect if it is nice and straight. The 2 person team that came for job is very good, clean up after everything. Nothing more to complaint. I will be using them again, next time, I will make sure to ask the schedule instead of finding out later after many calls.

Description of Work: Installed 2 Lexan awnings. One over my deck and one over the basement entrance door. They arrived on the scheduled date and completed most the work on time. They did have to return the following day to install some decorative banding which ran out of supply on the original install date. Also, a screw popped out in one location about a month after installation causing a bulge in the side of the awning. I was happy that they promptly fixed the minor defect without a hassle. Overall, I am very pleased with the professional level of service I received. I would use them again.

Description of Work: I had an awning installed over back porch. The awning was large- 20 ft wide. The quality and colors of the awning were excellent. Unfortunately, I don't remember the sales rep's name, but he was pleasant , punctual and did not pressure me to buy something I didn't need. I would use Wendel again.

Description of Work: Removed 2 layers of roofing and installed new roof in one day. The gutters were completed the nexty day. The awnings were then ordered and installed in about 3 weeks. The service was excellent and also there was good communications with company through out the process.
