"I received an estimate, I was given a date for the work to be done. A week before the job was to be done I was called for half the money up front , I said that I would like to put it on my credit card. I was told that he wasn’t sure if they were set up for credit cards but he would call me back. I never received a call back and they never showed up on the date they gave me for the job to be done."

"Rob came out, gave us a fair bid, and a crew started the work on time. From what I can tell (without going up on the roof), the quality of the work was good (no leaks yet). However, they did not complete the job before the weather got too cold to continue and they packed up for the winter something last November, 2021. As I write this review, it is September 2022, and I have been waiting 10 months for the roofing job to be completed. For the last three months, Rob has not been returning my calls or texts, so I am stuck with an unfinished job that I will probably have to find someone else to complete."
