Description of Work: Examined dishwasher and determined computer board was problem. Would have cost $500 to repair, which made no sense for a 7 year old dishwasher. Very professional, courteous, and polite. The office stayed in touch to inform me of approximate arrival time of serviceperson.

Description of Work: Our icemaker on our refrigerator was not working. As it turned out, it was jammed with ice. The repair man removed the ice and only charged me for the visit. He arrived on time, was very friendly and personable and was very helpful in recommending what we might do in the future if the refrigerator broke down again.
