"A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS BEWARE!!! LIAR AND THIEFS I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with this company NICK the one who promised me stuff on my set of blueprints the company never did and when I told them they never held up to their agreement I was supposed to get a full set of big prints now they want to charge me extra 500 to send them when I can get it way cheaper are you ridiculous I’ve all ready paid 7000 and that I never got quoted I was quoted 4000 and then they hit me an extra 3000 grand nothing but headaches and problems with them no communication or nothing and all I got was a bunch of lies and broken promises and never knew who I was gonna speak to the next time I called my project kept getting handed off I’m hoping when I take these to my county they don’t laugh at me AND IM TALKING TO A LAWYER"

"We aimed to redesign/repurpose the interior space for a small outbuilding on our property and stumbled upon BEAR Architects after a quick google search. Being a new business, they didn't have much in terms of reviews, however, they were very responsive so we went with our gut and gave them a chance. Thankfully our gut feeling steered us in the right direction. Beth and Andrew are incredible to deal with. We found them to be very composed, yet focused and aggressive in moving our project along. They paid close attention to the objectives we communicated. They listened to our ideas and steered us properly when their knowledge and expertise was required. They were efficient and completed our project within the scope of the timeline laid out in their proposal. Lastly, they were respectful of our budget and ensured that we received everything we needed for the amount we had earmarked for architectural work. In fact, we were provided with additional site plans that were not initially within the scope of the project. I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to use BEAR Architects. By using 3D BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology, proprietary internal design processes, focusing on the customer, and leveraging our industry experience, Sixthirty re-conceives architecture as an affordable catalog of professional services with design, documentation, and project assistance packages.

Also was proactive to spread the extra crushed stone material in the driveway which needed some attention. Will definitely hire again as my list of additional work for Mike and Steve is growing.
