Description of Work: Had Jason do my roof inspection. He will be coming back in April/May to do the roof. Will reevaluate again when the actual work is completed.

Description of Work: Inspected my roof and caulked around chimney flashing to address leak. Secured loose shingjes and performed general roof maintenance as provided in the Big Deal I purchased. Provided sound advice about how to address flashing concern if it persisted. He found there were masonry issues with my chimney which could be causing the leak. He took pictures of the chimney so I could see the issues. He said it would be prudent to have the masonry issues addressed before determing whether he should perform additional work. I found him very knowledgeable, honest, and easy to deal with. Scheduling was easy and he arrived at the designated time. I definitely recommend him. In fact, I plan to hire him next spring to repair exterior window frames. The quoted price for the windows is very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: A complete roof evaluation was done and the chimney with 2 vents were sealed with roof tar. The analysis was very thorough.

Description of Work: Wouldn't do a full checkup on the roof because there were several easements. Checked for leaks in the attic.

Description of Work: I had them replace the upper portion of my garage frame and the wood panels above the frame that were all rotting. The two workers that came arrived on schedule and began to work immediately. They were cleaned up after themselves but I could not give them an A rating because Jason the owner showed up three hours late with the materials needed to replace the frame. I felt that this was a way to get more money out of me for an additional hour of labor. I feel that had he shown up his two guys could have completed the work within the four hours originally purchased for 299.00. I had to pay them another 160.00 on top of the cost of materials. I also noticed after they left that the they had placed some bolts in such a way that the caused damage to the wires connected to the garage door which then had to be repaired by the garage door company when they came to replace the garage door. The Bolts were also so long that they had to be cut because they interfered with the opening of the door.
