Hi, my name is John, and I'm the founder of Trapper John Wildlife Management Services. I pride myself on old fashion values that were instilled by my mom. When I was a teenager of which I still can recall clearly today how important my first job was to me. It was more to me than just independence, but rather on pushing the limits of my job position. I didn't just want to be good at what I was doing, but rather the best at it. I then began understanding people, people’s needs and how vital customers are to the success of a brand. At the very same time I also began noticing how many companies lost the fundamentals of serving customers and from their Trapper John came to light. Since then (Trapper John) I have been featured in "The Brooklyn paper", The New York Times", on the popular "NHK" Japanese cable channel, reviews on "Yelp" and let’s not forget Angie's List. Through more than 20 years of experience in urban wildlife issues, we've proven that even the most difficult problems have a humane solution. Our clientele span a wide range of satisfied customers, including large organizations such as Verizon, Home Depot, and New York City governmental agencies, as well as numerous industrial, commercial, and residential consumers. We are "not" a pest control company that uses and/or sprays dangerous chemicals and poisons. We use a winning combination of modern high tech equipment and in depth wildlife experience. Description of Work: Trapper John is very honest, he feels he cannot help my animal control problem, because the raccoon reside in my neighbor's garage. He will reach out to me or my neighbor to get more detailed info to see if he could help. At this time, he recommended I request a refund of the $99.99 inspection fee, stating the purchase does not fit my needs. Please refund my $99.99 fee. Let me know if you have any further questions. Description of Work: I wouldn't use him again only because he's really too expensive. Though, I must say, I haven't heard a single squirrel sound since he performed the service (w a 1-yr guarantee).

Description of Work: I used this service many years ago several times. Once for squirrels, another time for raccoons and the last time was for a birds nest. Although I did not use recently, I looked up the information for a friend because of my positive past experience with John.

After the wildlife inspection was performed I in fact had mentioned to you, that what you are experiencing is Mice. Simply because no openings were found on the exterior of the said inspected house. With that said nothing more I was able to do because I am not in the business of nor licensed in "Pest Control" You had called us because you thought you had a (Squirrels) wildlife issue. In addition you had asked me for advice about you opossum that would linger around your trash cans leaving behind scat. I provided you a solution for that and with every service I always end my jobs with do you have any questions and/or concerns. For unknown reasons you were not fair with your rating.

Description of Work: John was very professional, was very knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly. I would definitely recommend him. I had a birds in my upstairs oven vent and he fixed it so that they won't be able to enter the vent again. He also cleaned out the vent above the stove and cleaned the top of the stove.

Description of Work: He quickly and humanely got the squirral family out of the attic and relocated. He fixed the hole with a patch. He gave the roof a good look over and gave me some great advice for future fixes. He was awesome. Would recommend him to all.

Description of Work: Squirrels had eaten away at the corners of the roof and were using my attic as their home. Trapper John repaired the holes and got the pests out. He had to come three times to finish the job. He can usually do the job in 2 visits but these were particularity determined squirrels. He did not charge extra for the extra trip/work. He was very pleasant to deal with and answered all questions patiently and completely. I would recommend him to anyone with a pest problem.
