Description of Work: I had a leaking pipe under the toilet in my upstairs apartment causing water damage in the bathroom below. Big Apple was very punctual to come out, assess and price. I hired them on the spot due their professional reputation and I was not disappointed. They arrived on time the next day and did the job perfectly and cleanly. Description of Work: Came in for first time to fix water heater and had to replace one of the heating elements. Came back with the part and it still didn't work. Ultimately determined that it couldn't be fixed and that we needed a new water heater, when ours was only a 4 years old. Fortunately, they were able to facilitate replacement of the water heater as it was still under warranty, which was a big savings. Yet, there was still a lot of work to be done to pull out the old one and install the new one. They were very professional and even gave a credit (appropriately) for the costs of the first attempt to fix the water heater. I would use them again.
