Description of Work: Hot stuff has serviced my Jacuzzi several times over the past 4 years and have always found and fixed whatever the problem has been.... and there have been quite a few! these guys know what they are doing and will work in the city. I have used 3 or 4 other companies over the past decade and Hot Stuff has been by far the best and most reliable. A+ |its always a pleasure to recommend a company that consistently gets it right. |On a final note, they were nowhere near the least expensive but in the end it cost the same to get them in once and have the unit fixed than my cheep guy in 3 times and not. |James Mansfield - NYC

Description of Work: We have a hot tub that had been serviced previously by another firm who left it in very bad condition. Tommy, the owner, came. He had to order parts and when he installed them there was even more damage and more work than he had realized. He really could have charged us a lot of money but he was very fair and stuck to his estimate. He did a great job of the repair and even taught us a thing or two about the hot tube that we didn't know before. |Wonderful experience, highly recommended.
