Tommy did a great job, for a reasonable price and is an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Tommy came over same day to give me an estimate and followed up with a link to his website. Very professional. He was able to do the work, a two-day job, within of a few days of my booking him. He's a hard worker and eager to please. A great Angie's List find.

He was reliable and effective. He did a good job. The hole was a little too small for the vent pipe, but it has been working so far. He didn't assess the job properly and didn't measure right. The price was fair. I may not use him again.

He came to estimate the job the day after my first call. His pricing was in the ballpark of the two other estimates, and we decided to use 1 Stop Home Improvement because of Tom's responsivenes to our needs and punctuality. An estimate was emailed to me within 24 hours of his visit, which he then followed up with a personal call. He remained in contact with us while we waited a week for another handyman's estimate. Tom finished the work over three visits, so that he could fit us into his schedule before the holiday. He has always called to notify us of a delay, even if for only one hour. The work he has finished - the faucets, lights, mirrors, and bath fixtures - has been of the highest standard. Tom himself is very personable and professional. Looking forward to when he does my shower.

Tommy did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. He did an excellent job of setting expectations on when he thought he'd be able to do the work and met them consistently. He provided extremely professional service for a reasonable price.

These "A" ratings must definitely be made up by the owner or maybe his friends. After scheduling with the owner (Tommy) to build a counter top with a sink in the basement in the following week, I never heard from him. I called him for two weeks and left about 4 messages thinking that he must be in vacation somewhere and forgot to tell me. It's only when I gave him one last call and threatened to report this in my review on Angie's List that he finally called back and came the same day (no explanation). The approximated prices that he quoted were not bad, and that's why I still dealt with him. I tried to explain that I wanted it to look nice and maybe done in wood if possible, but he just kept discouraging me from taking that path. He should know better, so I let him come up with something. He advised me to buy one of those home improvement store counters, which only the black color made it kind of stand out. He just placed it on my wall with 3 angled 2x4 supports and that was the design! I had to pay him about $250 for something I could have done myself. Oh and the sink? After finally convincing him to check out the pipe layout behind the wall, he cut 2 holes in the sheetrock and decided that he should leave that to a "real" plumber. That "real" plumber (Timmy) did the exact same thing. I called a few times before he came by. He was supposed to check the prices and call me. 2 weeks after that I got a hold of him and he told me that he completely forgot and that he would call me the next day with the estimate. Never heard from him. I gave up on the sink and called Tommy again to come and fix the holes in the wall, but never heard from him, either. Now I'm left with a crappy looking counter and 2 holes in my wall. I'm not encouraged to try someone else. I've been dealing with one construction guy since I bought the house, but I can't use him anymore. That's why I was looking for somebody else and I can't believe how unprofessional these people are. I guess with the slowing of the construction business, they will learn the value of returning customers.

Tommy did an excellent job. He works by himself, but completed the job quickly and with very good quality.

Eventually, all went well.

The project was done effeciently and promptly.

Everything was great. We signed up with the list and had a finished job within a few days! We called Tommy and he was available two days later. He came over, gave an estimate, and when we accepted the price he got started right away. When it turned out that he needed a part that had not been provided, he jumped in his truck and went to pick up the needed part. He was back before I knew it and the job was completed quickly. As they say, "no fuss....no muss."

No problems. The final cost matched the estimate, Tommy showed up when agreed, he did a complete job and cleaned up afterward. I already have him booked to do other maintenance items.

I found him on Angie's List and looked up his web site. After reviewing all the work he did and the specific work I needed, I called him for an estimate. He came over the next day and we agreed on a price, and the work was done in the next few days. A quality job; he cleaned up the area. I will certainly ask him to perform more work in the future.

I contacted 1Stop Home Improvements and we scheduled an appt. He came for an initial visit during which I explained what needed to get done. We scheduled a mutually convenient time for the actual work to be performed. On the day of the appt., he arrived on time and worked on the job for two subsequent mornings. All is fixed now, and I am very happy with the work.

Excellent work. He returned calls promptly, gave a fair estimate, showed up on time to do the work and did an excellent job.

It went very well...Quick and efficient job...I would highly recommend.

Tommy came once to get an idea of how much work I needed done, and how long it was likely to take. He gave me a firm price, and we agreed upon a time and date. Tommy was here early, worked until the job was done, and promptly emailed me a receipt upon his return to his office each time.
