It was phenomenal! I love my new red door! Chris, my rep, was very informative and so patient with us! He answered all of our questions and was very willing to help us out! We have future projects in our new home coming up and I am so excited to see the work they will do for us. All of the representatives, from the phone reps to everyone coming out to help, is a PLUS!! I highly recommend this company to anyone who's in need of work being done!!

The windows are great and the workers did a great job

We had a terrible experience with Powers. During the day, a representative knocked on our door and asked if a salesman could stop by to further explain their window replacement service. The representative said that this would be a thirty minute meeting so my wife agreed so we could hear them out. The salesman came at the agreed upon time. He started going through his pitch on his iPad and I tried to explain that I had a meeting in an hour so if we could please try to skip the parts of the very long slideshow which my wife and I could just search online. He completely ignored me and kept reciting his presentation. Now, I actually work in construction so I could tell he wasn't even measuring the windows correctly, he was just measuring the distances between the trims. He knocked on the windows and said some facts about windows along the way. After an hour passed I again tried to explain I had a meeting soon and asked if he could work with us- we would be willing to discuss this over the phone since he was done with his measurements. He refused to leave our house and I just had to go to my meeting while my wife dealt with the rest of his 2.5 hour sales pitch. He was completely inconsiderate of our time. He told my wife that I was rude because I was rushing him. The promised 30 minute meeting turned into a man refusing to leave our house for 2.5 hours. Who would want to do business with a company like this? The worst part- during my meeting I heard banging and then glass shattering. It turns out that he had a demonstration with a piece of glass to show how strong Powers windows were. And the glass just shattered all over our living room. I had to throw out my carpet because I couldn't get the glass out. Additionally, their estimate was $21,000 for 8 standard double hung windows and some smaller custom windows. That's a ridiculously high price and I don't even trust the estimate because it was created by someone who couldn't even measure windows correctly. I would never do business with a company like this, they are a disgrace.

The absolute worst experience of my life!!!!!!!!! Salesman wouldn't leave! Spent 2 1/2 hours in my house! Wouldn't stop pushing and trying to sell. My wife tried to throw him out three times! Wouldn't listen. Have you not heard of COVID?! Came in my house and spread out all over the kitchen like he lived there. Touching everything. There is a pandemic you know! He would never relent! Only to then finally give me an "estimate". 4 other very reputable roofing companies quoted me from $20k-$30k for the exact same job. All companies I checked into. Power's estimate $61k!!!!!!!!!!!!! So 2-3 times what anybody else charging? Gee why?! As an example, 4 other contractors AND a gutter company told me I needed between 160-170 feet of gutters. All within that range. Power told me I needed 260 feet of gutters!!!!!!!! I have never dealt with such dishonesty in my life. It's bad enough you don't respect people during COVID but then you try to scam them?! Unreal!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It went great, the workers were very professional. The sales people were wonderful. After it was done, they came and ensufed that the work was done correctly. They started the warrenty for me.

The process has been going smoothly. The work crew is punctual, professional and courteous. They provide a high quality product with expert installation.

Sales pitch took 6 hours and they pressure you with "same day pricing" discounts. Inspectors came out and that was a pleasant experience. The bad started with the install. No show on the scheduled day and no phone calls or anything. Dumpster and materials were dropped off on the right day but the installers did not show up until a week later so I had materials and a dumpster in my driveway all week. When they finally showed up, there was no walk-thru offered as promised, only when they found an issue did they show us. They promise great features that helped us choose them over others and on install day they tell you they cannot do it due to insulation. After installation was completed, the foreman asked me to sign off and offered no walk-thru again. I made him walk the house with me before signing anything which was a challenge since they finished right as it was dark out. The next day we cleaned up the mess in the attic from debris, which they told us they would not clean up so it was fine, and noticed light coming from the side of the roof. They left a hole in the spot where they said they would close it up. Not only that there were gaps left in the wood. After being on hold and hung up on so many times they finally got in touch with me and sent out a project manager. He said it was all fine and gave us his card with "his" cell number on it. Fast forward 3 months and my brand new roof is leaking already. Called the number and surprise it doesn't take voicemails and is never answered. I emailed him and he directed me to the warranty number. So what was the point of giving me his card? Warranty company schedules the service team for first thing in the morning today. No show, no call, nothing. I call and they tell me they can't get in touch with the team that is supposed to come. It is now 4:00pm and the sun is going down, no phone call and still a no show. I regret my decision to go with this company. Don't fall for the false promises. RUN don't walk away.

It went well. The workers came early and the roof was replaced in a day.

Good! During heavy thunderstorm some of siding fall out. Came replaced new one free of charge.

The installation went well. The door was installed perfectly. The service men were courteous and kind. They cleaned up when the job was complete and they were very professional. I recommend them to all.

It went well. Installation was timely (and given the COVID19 situation, quite dynamic), professional, clean and for the most part without misadventure. Windows are smooth and attractive, and as far as I can tell, energy efficiency is solid.

Very expensive as in overpriced...BUT I also wanted a company that I could hold responsible should there be an issue. I was accosted in BJ's by the salesman on more than one occasion. I figured hey, I'll have BJ's and Power Home Remodeling if there was an issue.....which of course there was. But it's much too early to tell if the door and paint will hold up for the next 20 years soooo.... The price I quoted was AFTER I negotiated DOWN... They wanted over 5K for a steel door.

Salesmen were knowledgeable and practical. Installers were clean, respectful and efficient. Quality is above and beyond my expectations.

It was great! Everyone I came into contact with was courteous and professional. Work was done on time and cleanup was better than anyone who has ever done work for me. Nice little facelift for my house. Looks lovely.

The installation went well. They arrived promptly and showed a high degree pf competency and professionalism. There was a small crack in the side panel of the window which occurred during shipping. The situation was quickly addressed. It was a pleasure working with Power Home Remodeling and we would highly recommend them for any home remodeling needs.

Salesman was professional and patient with my many questions. The installation team was on time and promptly went to work. They coordinated with my alarm company on the placement of the existing alarm. I would consider them for future work.

The staff was exceptional!! They were very punctual and on top of things from start to finish. Promised and delivered. Will be using this company for future projects.

Excellent. 2-man crew started at about 8:30 and finished around 2:30. Were neat and kept the work areas clean. They started the job by covering the work areas with plastic. They were very courteous and professional. They answered all our questions and demonstrated the windows. They even gave me suggestions on how to re-install my security detectors.

power remodeling just replaced every window in my house. The crew was amazing and the finish result exceeded my expectations. don't hesitate to use this company. A PLUS ALL THE WAY!

Power home remodeling really provided excellent service from start to finish. The sales agent (Mike) was very thorough and patient throughout the whole process, given that we were new home owners. The staff that did the remodeling were professional, courteous and paid attention to our garden. We definitely recommend them for quality home remodeling.

Did the installation. Front door installed first, next day was siding, and the last day gutters were installed. Too many NAILS and small debris was left on worksite. They are overpriced.

It is fantastic i love power they are the best!
