It went perfect windows and doors came on time and installed clean and neat.

Power post services really sucks and they don't live up to what they promised. In the beginning after installation when there were issues they came up in like 4-8 week. Only thing was it was always the same issues, the locks kept being defective which they repaired and switched out but the same issue occurred again. The door does not close properly, they came made some minor adjustments and even some patch work with shims but cold air still comes in and the door squeaks all the time. The base of the door broke but they did not replace it and it got worst. The window that was installed in my bathroom has a crease where they corked and water is leaking in my walls. The safety stoppers on the window are cheap and break easily. I now have to wait 5 months for a service appt. I called request a call back from a supervisor a few times but no callback. I spoke to Megan today who sounded annoyed and really don't care from the sound of it. Lawsuit for repair if the leak is damaging the intererior.

Carisa was on-time, thorough, extremely professional. She updated our estimate based on a second inspection and arranged for nee discounts. Very interested in the project and courteous. She has knowledge of the components and explains the process well.

I had $18,000 worth of windows put in by this company last February. They talked what seemed like forever to convince me that they were the best and that they guaranteed their service for life if anything went wrong. Well things did go wrong. I had them installed last February and in May I opened a window and couldn't lock it. I called them and they said they couldn't come until October. . .they never came or called. Three weeks ago, I couldn't get another window opened so I called and they said that someone would come by the next day. I never got a call and no one ever came. This company does not stand by their work. They are programmed to lie and convince you to go with them because they guarantee their work. No they don't! A friend who also purchased windows from them agreed with me. . .they completely forget about you. If you have a problem, good luck trying to reach them. I have not seen or heard from them since the windows were installed. In the past I have had a window put in by a local contractor and never had a problem. My suggestion is to go with a local contractor and save yourself thousands and thousands of dollars. That's what I did for the other 4 windows I needed done. . .went to a local contractor.

Within a week of siding installation it began to buckle and warp. 3 times a carpenter came to modify the wall and made it worse each time. Now a few years later I've lost my patience with them after being told to "design a solution and they will do it" the solution is, as SEVEN of their representatives said is, to replace that side of the house with a different material. The OWNER said they were all misinformed and no longer work for the company. The lifetime warranty means nothing. They hung the power lines to my house with a sheetrock screw which has pulled out. they promised to fix that and still haven't. The south side has faded from blue to grey in 3 years. They charged me near double the other quote I got and sold me with their useless lifetime warranty

The crew came early and was ready to go right away. They protected everything inside and outside of the house. They did an awesome job and I would highly recommend them again. Everybody from power was nice and professional from the sales person to the install. On the day of the install they were polite, quick, efficient, etc… they even had an inspector come and make sure everything was ok and addressed any concerns I may have which I didn’t. Overall I would highly recommend.

This is supposed to be a 4.5 Stars Rating. This job was done on March 11th, 2024 in Levittown, NY 11756. I had 7 double-hung vinyl windows installed. First salesman gets a total rating of 3.5 stars. He gets 5 stars for knowledge. He gets a 4 stars for presentation of the products. The presentation was too long. He spent more than 1 hour. He gets a 5 stars for thorough inspection. He also spent well over an hour for this, but it was necessary. However, he gets a 0 star for pricing options. Even after I repeatedly told him about how expensive window replacement is for this year. He failed to tell me that there exists the FLEX program which could have saved me a ton of money. Second saleswoman or sales manager gets a total rating of 5 stars. After I rejected the first offer for being overpriced, the sales manager came back to present me with the FLEX program. She gets a total rating of 5 stars just for giving me the customer a less expensive option to pay for these windows. She helped me save a ton of money. The installers. The older guy got a total rating of 4.5 stars (0.5 star off for splitting the wooden window frame and not replacing it until I made the request to the inspection manager). The younger guy got a total rating of 5 stars (He did everything perfectly). They arrived 15 minutes earlier than the expected time which was very professional. Even though they were not fluent in English, they worked diligently and responded to all questions and made all the remediation and corrections that I asked. Also, they kept the entire house very clean before and after the job. As of now the entire rating is a 4.5. But time will tell if this rating will stand.

All Power personnel and resources involved in the work performed throughout the gutter, sophet, trim, and complete window installation projects were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The quality of materials and workmanship were outstanding. A job will done!!! The Power app facilitated communication during the project and pictures taken during the installations were uploaded and available for review on the app even before the crews had left our site. We are extremely happy with the work and would highly recommend Power to anyone in need of some work.

I am still paying for windows that I can feel cold air coming in. I have to put plastic in my windows in my bedroom and cant get an appointment for the next 4 months. Ridiculous i had new windows put in and have to put plastic to cover the window in winter. I want to stop paying. Its only one year since i got the windows

I had my roof replaced and it was ok a lot of little things that were promised were not done. Damage was done and was never fixed even though I was told it would be. They took off my gutters and re installed them but they were not on that well and they said it’s due to age etc. So I said ok and was given a quote for new gutters and was again promised a lot. Signed the paper and away we go. Stuff again discussed and promised we’re not done. Called in to speak to my sales person and I was not allowed to speak to him. I was told we will fix it but they kept saying we weren’t there to hear the conversation. I said I know hence the reason I want to speak to the person that sold me the job. Was never allowed to speak to him. So I feel I got screwed and they only keep the party line. They tell you they don’t use sub. All of the installers etc are subs. They are private companies that they vet etc but at the end they are all subs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

My modeling consultant walked me through every stage of my window installation project. Alex answered all my questions and concerns which put me at ease. Very thankful that a quality assurance manager was on site during the installation to get my feedback and ensure the project was completed properly and promptly. Overall, very good experience with the company. I would definitely recommend them for home remodeling projects.

Anthony is very professional, product was well explained in detail complete with props/materials to support his presentation. We had a pleasant experience. Very convincing! He plays with our dog.

Everyone has been very friendly. The materials they use are very high standard. Has a great long term warranty, will never have to worry about another roof purchase again.

Power was amazing. I needed new windows because i had casement that were cloudy. I hated the casement no breeze. Power came did an amazing job, no damage to my siding, clean up was perfect, replaced 13 windows & 1 front door in 8 hours. They are now doing a sliding glass door and a bay window. Loved that i could finance and LIFETIME WARRANTY. Who else does that. The windows i had were anderson, they told me they were too old. The new windows are custom made Pella windows, I already notice a difference in my house being cooler in summer, ac doesnt run as much. Thank you POWER. Totally recommend them.

The personal of power are very professional on time job, nice windows everything goes good except some inssue with one window but not problem they will fix it.I like their job thanks.
