They had awesome technology. They have a couple of ways of doing things that are priority to them. It looks really good and the science works. I was totally blown away by the product. Prices were a little high, the warranty was excellent. I went with them for the roof. I thought about it for a really long time. Their prices were ridiculous before but the prices were lower this time. My roof was leaking and I said that I really need to fight this bull and get the work done. Whatever they put against the walls and the exterior wall against the roof was nothing that I have never seen before. The service was excellent they came when promised all that stuff was totally good, cleaned up beautifully, really fantastic job on all the stuff they were doing. The only thing I don't like about them is their hard sell approach that really irritates me. I literally bought from them in spite of themselves. You know they just push. I was so impressed with the product that they had, that I bought from them in spite of the pushiness But the work was excellent, The roof leak, I went to check after a bad storm and it was fine. I am very happy at what they did, very conscientious. They put some gutters on and I was not happy with one, the guy came back and fixed it. So, I'm quite happy with them. Their stuff is good but their pushiness is annoying.

The installers seemed knowledgeable and were thorough. I did have a problem with the installation of the front windows on my home due to a design change and not accounting for the insulation. This caused air leaking through the windows. I was disappointed that a number of promises made by the salesman turned out not to be true which ultimately was the reason I went with the more expensive windows. The company has been responsive when a problem did arise. I realized at a later date that three of my windows were not the same style as the others. After calling them they ordered the right windows and installed within a couple of weeks.

We have used them 4 times now and have been very happy with every experience. Everything has been clearly explained. We knew exactly what was going on throughout the jobs. They are very organized. They use all good quality products. We shopped around a lot before we used them and their prices are in line with the value. Their cleanup has been excellent as has been their follow up. Any time we've had any problems like a torn window screen they have been quick to fix it. We will use them again if we have any other projects to do.

A few weeks ago we wasted several hours with their sales representative who walked away from a $12,000 deal because he wouldn't/couldn't give us 24 hours to make our decision. We were favorably inclined to say "yes" to their proposal, however we were not going to do business with a company using that kind of high pressure sales tactics. Would you? The company called back today and I was asked three questions: Did I liked the product? I said ,"yes". Was the sales rep professional? I said, "yes". Could their manager stop over with a new proposal? I said, "no thank you". In less than a second he hung up on me. If I'm treated like that by a company before I buy their product I really fear how I would be treated after they have my money.

Very smooth from beginning to end. Seamless process. They tell you what will happen step by step and follow through on every promise. It was a clean installation by a very polite crew. The windows look great! It's also nice to know that if I have a problem, I have a contact number and someone to help solve it right away with my lifetime warranty!

It was good overall but they were pricey. The contract was not clear to me and got me by surprise.

We had all the windows replaced in the house, new front door and new back door. They are a bit over kill with the different departments to make you happy and the phone calls and checking up. The initial sales pitch was long but the 2 guys that were here were fun and nice so it was enjoyable. I do think that they told some white lies that I did question at the time of the sales pitch but it was not enough to deter me from buying the products. For instance they said that the windows really keep the noise out and you can't hear outside. I can hear cars driving by more now than I could would with my "bad and old" windows. They also said that if you touched the windows they would be room temperature no matter what the outside temperature was. We knew we needed new windows and the house was very drafty so that was our main concern. Putting in the new windows will hopefully save us on electric. The days they were here were very snowy so it was difficult for them to clean up but they did come back once the snow melted to clean up. We had a bay window put in which I love. The project manager sold us on new gutters when he came to inspect the work done which made financial sense because we were able to keep the monthly balance the same for the same period of time if we added work. Something about getting a lower percent when financing so it was really a no brainer. but We did have some minor issues but they took care of them right away. The pros are that they are professional, efficient and have quality materials as well as life time transferrable warranty. All the people we have dealt with have been very nice and they came back to fix a few minor issues that we had. The cons are the over attention that they give and the price. In addition, we are not allowed to put storm doors back up or any storm doors as it will void the warranty on the doors. I also think that the moldings around the doors, the door stops and the windows should be of a better quality considering the price you pay. I do not feel comfortable saying how much we paid and I haven't shopped around much but it was expensive. I would use them again but I am not giving them an A because I feel that certain things were promised and not delivered.

I advise anyone who even has the idea of using these crooks to get that thought out of their head. These guys are complete rip offs all together. The salesmen was spewing his lines about how "They do the job right" thats why they are more expensive. The entire estimate took over 4 hours. After I expressed that the price shown was just too expensive for me, he magically can offer me a one time deal of 17K. I expressed again that it was still to high for a roof. Then he tells me that he could bring it all the way down to 14K(A sudden 5K decrease in price) if I put my home in a before and after promo for their company and took a 30 minute survey. After talking to a good friend of mine who was a roofer, he automatically told me the price is a compete rip off. After 4 hours and 40 no thank you's the sales rep finally gave up and left. I walked him out and shook his hand. Never being so happy to get someone out of my home. Oh, before I forget. They also quoted me a new front door. For the framing and new door they stated it would be 8K!! Please, do not go with these guys. I recently got a quote from a roofer, whos been in the business for over 20 years. He quoted me $6,700 and he uses all the materials these guys use. Do yourselves a favor and move past them. To Power Home Remodeling: The new contractor is licensed and insured. They also offer a fifty year warranty. I dont see where being licensed and insured/offering warranties makes it ok to triple your price. The new company im using has better reviews than your company and I've seen their work as well. Again, all the materials and building methods you use, that your rep told me about, I was told by new roof company. For 13K less!! Maybe you should stop charging out of the ballpark and be more competitive. Not everyone has deep pockets. I just hope less people fall for the gimmick you guys use. The contractors were punctual in their arrival. Most of the work was done very well (one of the screen windows were ripped, but Power fixed it and the front siding near the spighet in the front of the house needs to be moved because it's too close for a hose to fit (calling Power to remedy this). Even with a few minor hiccups, the job was done professionally, efficiently, and helped to keep us warm over this last brutal winter.

Fantastic service, from the sales to the roof contractors and on up. I've worked in the industry, this is not a cheap roof and if that's what you're looking for this won't be it. But the peace of mind of it being the last one I have to install and the quality of work AND the warranty to boot is well worth it. I also in the second half of my career worked in banking for the bank that does their financing a few years ago and if you have the credit though it is a premium cost spread out it is a good deal. When they come out for the final inspection, if you have other small jobs around you need done like an entry door or windows, ask for an estimate. I'm getting the rear door to my back yard put in on top of the roof, and when all figured in since I'm a repeat customer it worked out to put the roof finance lower, resulting in me paying less each month for both. So ask for something else just to see, you never know. Also yes the salesmen will give you a very detailed picture of their product, but this is your home so if you plan on being in it try to sacrifice to learn if this is for you. Now I'm getting solar panels installed so the roof will pay for itself as well as for some of the heat and electricity. Plan well, and you can come out on top. Remeber to ask for something else if you have them finance it! And having worked for the orange box for 8 years I can say there are NO 30 year roofs and you're lucky to go 20 without issues. l Last year (2014) I had all the windows in my home replaced by this company. Fantastic job, fantastic work. One of the windows, a GARDEN WINDOW, was very drafty. The company came out three times since October to "fix" the problem. Nothing worked. So I called once again.They could not stop the drafts. They replaced the window. My choice. No charge. What ever they say about their customer service is true. The workmanship is flawless, clean, and polite. Highly recommend this company. They stand behind their work and their product.

I liked the fact that they're clean, they cover everything so their dirty boots don't get all over the house! They cover your belongings with plastic. They were quite efficient. I did have a problem when I went to varnish the window, I saw cracks. I called and within 2 days, they came out and fixed it. You didn't wait forever for them to take care of it. I highly recommend them. They offer lifetime warranties on their work that is transferable. This should decrease my oil bills and I don't feel a draft.

It was excellent they did a great job. They were Professional and did the entire job in one day. They used premium materials.

A welcome surprise! I replaced my Anderson windows of nearly 28 years with the Power Home Remodeling Group windows and can not be more pleased. Although the weather was uncooperative the team at Power showed up on time were respectful of my property and completed the job in one day...I was expecting two. Needless to say I would recommend them to my neighbors strictly on the professionalism of the team from the Sales rep to the installer to the quality assurance manager. A good product becomes great when you have an exceptional team to reinforce its value. Dane Clarke

I ended up using Power Home Remodeling. They provided the service in 3 different times between October and December. We did roofing, gutters and an attic insulation system. We got several services, it seemed like a lot of money but we just didn't get a roof for 32000 dollars, we got a roof and everything else. Everything has been working really well and I love that, the attic insulation as well. There were times when they would state that they would call us and they didn't or we were told that somebody would follow up with us after the work was completed to take pictures of the actual work and nobody ever did, I don't know if maybe they will do that this year, if it takes them that long but I expected it to be much sooner. I am pretty sure that they were always on time when they said they would be. Everybody was very professional.

The sales rep was very informative. He showed me every aspect of the product and answered all my questions, of which I had a lot! The installers at Power are very professional. They knew what they were doing, they cleaned up after themselves and the windows look great.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The salesman was not pushy at all. He allowed us to make up our own minds based on the amazing product he presented. We elected to replace 23 windows in our home as we had very old, drafty, and many broken windows. The product is amazing. The installation team was great! They were punctual, respectful of our home, cleaned up everything, and finished early! We could immediately feel the difference in the temperature of our home. What was once drafty and loud is now warm and cozy. The price was a bit high, but the product and excellent service is worth it. We also have a transferrable warranty that will increase the sale value of our home.

High pressure to buy. Some of the best window quality in the business and best windows warranty including installation warranty. However they are quite expensive and the savings and appearance may not justify the additional cost. Recommend customer get qoutes from other vendors first and do full cost benefit analysis. Bring Power in last because they will try to offer you a deal that only is good on that first visit. The additional cost might be worth it to you or it might not. One plus was that I did learn a lot about windows.

From the start to the finish, Power HRG was wonderful! Everyone (sales people, installers, project managers, quality inspectors) was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The sales people explained how the work would be done and showed us samples of the materials to be used. All of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. The installers were here on time (actually a 1/2 hour early) and worked diligently throughout the day. Project managers showed up during the day to insure that the job was going smoothly. The clean-up was great. Later that evening, a quality inspector came to make certain that everything had been done to our satisfaction. When we pointed out that we wanted to have power vents installed on the garage roof (something that we were told would be done by the sales person), we were told that it would not be a problem, and would be corrected at our earliest convenience. Very nice to have that type of service. I would definitely recommend Power Home Remodeling Group! Yes, they are a bit on the pricey side, but we believe that the exceptional quality of the materials and the work, as well as the warranty, is well worth it.

Very good experience. The crew arrived on time, they explained the job and got to work quickly. Covered all of the furniture and floors as the moved from room to room. Cleaned and vacuumed as they worked. You can tell the team worked together regularly because they followed each other with minimal directions. We had a small problem one of the larger windows was not on the truck, the installer said I will have to come back another day, I said that's not possible can you call and have someone drop off the window while you work? The call was made and one of the managers at the warehouse picked up the window and delivered it to our location just in time as they were almost finished with the rest of the house. Twelve windows, one sliding door nice job. We did have a small leak on one window, one did not shut properly and the mini blinds got stuck in the slider. I notified them of the problems but was unable to set up an appointment due to my schedule at work. Customer service was constantly calling to come back and fix the problem but I was too busy. Finally I called several months later, set up an appointment and they were on time fixed the problem and everything's been good. Good Windows, keeps the noise down and cold weather out, easy to open and close which was a hugh issue with the old windows. Very satisfied with the product, installation and service.

They did a marvelous job. As I mentioned, they took great care not to damage my new driveway, steps and patio which had been recently done prior to the new roof. Their employees took great care with my property and cleaned up after the work they'd done. The quality of their work was outstanding. My roof is beautiful and you CAN TELL THE DIFFERENCE! I am hoping to hire them again as soon as possible for another job. One thing that I'd like to mention. When the first gentleman came to my door, explaining that they were doing work in the area, I liked his approach, he was pleasant and I took him up on making an appointment for someone a salesman to come to my home to discuss installing a new roof. I was still talking to this man, and I got a phone call. I went to get it and I was SURPRISED that so quickly, POWER HOME REMODELING GROUP was calling to confirm the appointment I'd made SECONDS BEFORE. At first, I thought that was a little bit weird. But I went along with it. Over the next few days, as I recall, they called to confirm the appointment numerous times, which I said was fine. I had errands to do that morning (of our appointment) and I was at home prior to our appointed meeting. No one showed. I checked my answering machine, and there was a call confirming that I would be home that day for this appointment. Why wouldn't I be? I confirmed it. It ended up that because I was not home THIS TIME when they called to confirm that day's appointment (because I was at the store), they assumed I was not going to be home for the appointment. NOT GOOD. I called them back and told them that I'd confirmed the appointment and that it was wrong of them to assume that I would not be there a half an hour before my appointment. ENOUGH WITH THE PHONE CALLS. Anyway, I was happy when I made another appointment. The young man, Adam, was completely prepared for his computer presentation. He had samples of materials to show me and I had a very good feeling about this project. Prior to signing the contract, I SIGNED UP FOR ANGIE'S LIST, and read through the comments of people using Power Home Remodeling Group. It made sense that the people who gave it a bad rating NEVER HAD THE WORK DONE! They complained about the appointment scheduling and too many phone calls! That does not rate the work done, the materials used,or happiness with a completed job. The ratings of those people who completed their project were very happy with the results! THAT IS WHAT COUNTS! Not problems, annoyances with their many, many phone calls! I would hire them again!

The men were very professional and courteous. They did all carpentry work necessary to fit the windows into my 86 year old stucco house. They cleaned up after themselves each and every day both inside and out. I would definitely use them again.

Buyers please BEWARE of this company. They are a rip-off. One of their salesperson came to my house to give us a roofing estimate. He stayed for 3 HOURS! He went thru a whole presentation on just how wonderful their company was for a whole hour alone. In the end, he quoted us a ridiculous estimate of $31,000! (my roof is about 2,500 sqft) I called Babe roofing, who was very professional and polite (I heard he was reliable). His quote was $9,000. Same materials,(GAF Timberline) same technique. I also called Four Seasons Roofing as well (one of the larger roofing companies). Their quote was $12,000 and actually they were the ONLY company that would have their work inspected by the GAF Materials Company (the GAF material warranty will not go into effect w/o an inspection). Power did not. I had a sales guy from an energy company(for another project) who once worked for Power. He said he left working for Power because they were so unethical. I can understand a company charging more if they provide a great product with great service. But to charge nearly TRIPLE is crazy. People please do your due diligence and check around and get at least 3 quotes. Estimates are FREE! Beware of Power's high pressure sales tactics.

The job began on time, when promised. The work carries a transferrable lifetime warranty - for ALL work done. Lifetime. I was told the crew has worked exclusively together, and after watching how they worked together, I believe it. I managed to find a dent in a downspout that was done by one of the contractors. It was replaced immediately. The work is very, very well done. I will only use Power Home Remodeling for all future projects, and have recommended them to my friends and family.

We have had several items fixed/done by Power Home. The work was efficiently and well done within a day. The salesperson does take a while to go over the product and service, which, depending on the time of the start of your appt, can run quite a while. However, my husband and i are qute satisfied with the overall end result of the work we have had done.
