Went wonderful they came on time and did a great job.

It went well except they were super early for second appointment which made for some confusion/uncomfortability.

Two very nice Power Reps came to the door of our new-to-us home. At this point were getting used to all the door-to-door solicitation in this neighborhood- this never happened at our parent's houses in Queens! "Just let us give you a quote- you can hold onto it for the future". Ok, fine. We told the guys we JUST moved in, weren't sure how we were tackling projects yet and literally didn't have any money for a dining set or other furniture. We seriously are eating on a desk with 4 miss-matched chairs- half of which are falling apart. So the sales guy comes, does a whole walk through. Nice guy, personable, we repeated that this was for future reference so don't think this will be a done deal. No problem. We discussed solutions and all. It was about 4 hours start to finish. Meanwhile my poor husband was trying to work from home and didn't have those 4 hours to spare. Great presentation though. The whole Window heat rating thing was cool. I get suspicious of presentations like that but they also get the "wow" factor. And what he said did make sense. But still, no money. At one point he realized he didn't look at something in the attic? I forget. He looks and says something about Amber crystals on the beams and that means the wood is drying and it's not properly vented. We should consider having it looked into- a roof ridge vent would be needed. He didn't try to sell us on that and I haven't confirmed but it looks like we have a roof ridge vent from the outside! But I digress. He gives us the quote- 40,000!!!! You could have knocked me over with a feather! Then there's the "if you buy today" price which knocked off a few grand. I think it was down to 32? Um, still not happening. He didn't pressure us, he said the discount is done based on the UPS model about repeat time spent visiting is a waste- better to just discount at that moment. Made sense- still not happening. We signed a thing saying they are allowed to call us. I didn't like that but they haven't harassed us. Just one call where they guy said "It looks like price was your hold-back. Why don't we send someone out and see if we can't reduce it". At that point I did my own homework on Power. Windows aren't the only way energy leaks in a house so their crazy claims aren't 100% supported. Many feel just replacing your worst windows with even a normal double pane window will help substantially. And I DON'T like the "if you buy now" crap. Just deal straight if your stuff is so good. I do believe if hired they'd do a great job- at those prices they'd better....and then some. But I also believe I could replace all my windows (and we have a LOT), get the attic insulation updated and replace our doors for that and get the same heating/cooling cost reductions they claim. So, no. Haven't been called again but we were pretty adamant that we really don't have that cash. But if they can send someone out AGAIN and reduce the price below that "sign now" price I already know I'm not dealing with an honest company. I don't believe in overpaying. I'm sure I can find honest and quality work somewhere else. Actually waiting for a Renewal by Anderson rep as I type. And they assured us there is no pressure to buy now- the price is good for a year and we can do it piecemeal if we wanted. Anderson is a name I trust and a policy like that will get my business. When we have the cash.

The Company and their employees provided exceptional services. The employees are highly professional, courteous and thorough. Although, each employee is specialized in their particular job, they demonstrated good organizational skills as they worked in unison. They cleaned up both inside and outside, it was spotless. The best part is the Lifetime Warranty offered and I love the windows. I would highly recommend this company to family, friends and strangers.

We first replaced the roof with power. Power did an excellent job, they were on time, communicated very well and cleaned up everything. We were so happy with the project we decided to replace the siding as well which followed the same great experience as the roof.

Power did and excellent job on both our gutters as well as our roof. The crews were extremely clean and had us walk around after the project was finished. We were very pleased with the entire process.

The crew worked efficiently and were respectful. The house looks fantastic now, and the work was done well. We chose Power because of their commitment to superior materials and their lifetime warranty. The job manager was readily available for communication. The removal of the siding did cut one of our window screens, but Power replaced them with no problem at all. After the job was finished another contractor did some unrelated work but left a few cuts in the new siding. Power came out and fixed it right away and at no charge. It was a huge expense for us, but I would recommend Power for the great customer service, peace of mind and quality installation and materials.

The final outcome is good. The house looks great and everything that was promised during the initial meeting was provided. The workers were professional. The only downside was that it took 1-1/2 days longer than projected.

Really impressed with how polite everyone was coming to our house. From the sales representative, to the installers and even a follow up meeting to confirm our financing option and and make sure the work was installed correctly.

Very professional. Love the way Windows look. Arrived on time . Installers knew exactly what they were doing. They were neat and explained every aspect of install before it was done. Follow up from order to installation was excellent. Would recommend.

MEMBERS OF THE TEAM CALLED TO KEEP ME INFORMED OF ALL STEPS OF THE PROCESS (IE, ESTIMATE, INSPECTION, ETC)...NEVER WONDERED WHAT WAS GOING ON OR WHEN SOMEONE WOULD CONTACT ME. MORNING OF JOB, TEAM SHOWED UP EARLY AND WENT RIGHT TO WORK, VERY COORDINATED, NOBODY STANDING AROUND. DURING JOB, NO HIDDEN OR UNEXPECTED COSTS.. TEAM WAS PROFESSIONAL, CLEANUP THOROUGH. JOB COMPLETED IN ONE DAY. I WILL BE HAVING THEM INSTALL GUTTERS AND DOOR.

The experience has been completely positive. The remodeling consultants were very informative and explained all details of the planned project including every product to be used. All of the installers arrived on time each day and worked very efficiently and meticulously. The project manager was consistently available to monitor the progress.My home is looking beautiful and I'm confident the work is done "right".

The installation was quick, and the installers were very clean and professional. Overall it was Great quality.

Mark and his crew were on time and installed all 13 Windows in less than 8 hours. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They left the house the same way they found it. It was nice to have the option to finance the payments.My house is definitely warmer now that they installed the new windows. I recommend using Power Home Remodeling if you want a decent price with a great quality product installed by great people.

We first had the front of the house windows replaced, a very large bow window and two others. Power showed up on time and were quick and professional. A quality control manager showed up a few days later, they quickly fixed an issue I had with the shutter placement. At the quality control meeting we decided to replace all the other windows, we had a date set and they actually came in sooner and once again showed up exactly on time and were quick and professional. The windows are great and the cost is competitive.

Ive seen their guys at BJ's many time and theyve always been so nice, even when people blow them off. So when I had a couple minutes I spoke with him. I was hesitant about getting a quote because I didnt have money saved up for windows but he assured me I could finance it with them. Bryan was the sales rep who came out and he was great. He showed us the products which were impressive and assured us if we got their windows and doors we would feel a huge difference in the house which we already do. The installers who came out were fantastic. They were fast, getting the whole job done in one day, but didn't rush. Mark, the lead installer, would keep adjusting something until it was perfect. Overall I'm very happy with Power and would definitely use them again.

Job was originally postponed due to severe winds of 40 MPH, which we felt showed they cared about the safety of their workers, which we appreciated. They stayed in close communication with us and were very responsive to us. The quality of the work was excellent, and they worked quickly and efficiently. They booked five days for the job, but did it in under three. One minor concern we had was that the crew were not the best at cleanup, but when we shared that with the supervisor, he was very responsive, and addressed the issue immediately and to our complete satisfaction. Their follow-up was fabulous, and you can tell they care about customers service. He salesperson offered us a better interest rate if we signed the day he first came, which we did, but be prepared for that. I hate a hard sell, and it wasn't over the top. Well worth the money and time. Our house looks AMAZING!

Everyone from the company was polite and professional and very knowledgeable of their products. They always called before their visits to confirm when they'd be coming out, and everyone showed up on time throughout. The installers were fast and efficient and took great care of our house.

Too angry to explain. If your lonely and want to speak to someone for over 3 hours, call them.

They quoted the job at $13,343 which was very high. The salesman misrepresented his experience and the companies ratings. He counted the job as 14 windows instead of 7. He came at about 5:30 and left around 11:30. It was a very high pressure situation and we had to practically throw him out after 6 hours.

When I did not want to go with this provider they sent some one else a few days later after someone from this provider approached me at a home show. He did manual measurements and tried to bargain another price. I did not want to make a decision I wanted to check out other quotes.

Installation went pretty smoothly, a few bumps along the way. Had them back a few times to address patrio door issues. After a number of visits by different service people Bruce and Perry finally got the issues fixed. Great guys, very knowledgeable. If you get to choose your installer, ask for Bruce and Perry.
