When we started out, we called the top 2 rated fence companies on Angie's List, and one company that was recommended by a family member. While the 3 were competitively priced, Jan ( The sales professional) from Precision Fence was the only one who brought samples of the vinyl they were selling. She was also the only one who wrote on the contract the Name Brand of the vinyl fence on the contract. After all 3 sales professionals had come, I started to try to look up reviews of vinyl fences online. There were none to be found. After all proposals were reviewed we really liked what Precision Fence was selling. The problem was they were $1200.00 away from the other 2 proposals. So 2 factors came into our decision. 1. Jan came down in price to come closer to a lower bid. 2. I was talking to a friend about fences. He said to me that as he drives down a main road by his house, He looks at all the vinyl fence and notices the only ones not weather damaged or sagging, are fences from Precision Fence. So I called Jan and the contract was signed. The week my fence was supposed to be installed, They called to set up a date. It was not good for me, and I was waiting for my tree guy to remove 2 stumps for me that were in the way. I then received a call the following Tuesday, That they could install on Thursday because they had a cancellation. Tom was patient while I tried to get my tree guy over. Unfortunately I couldn't take them up on the offer. So they called on the following Saturday and set up my install for April 29, 2014. The crew came on April 29th as scheduled. Tim was the crew Leader. We went over the plan and they went to work. The 3 Man crew worked well together, They were all personable. The fence with 2 gates went up in approximately 8 hrs. It was a big job, we got our front and gates Vinyl, and the other 3 sides og my fence was stockade. We could not be happier with the whole process from beginning to end. Everyone we dealt with from Precision Fence was awesome!!!! The job looks perfect! We could not be happier.

The guys that came to install my fence were amazing. The whole process was completed in a day and the yard was clean as a whistle when the work was completed. They removed the old fence, carting off all the old wood posts and fencing. They installed about 270 ft. of new fence, posts in concrete. I'm a stickler about level and straight and this fence is perfect. They installed a nice gate at the front of the house that has been trouble free since it was installed. Overall an excellent job.

From what I could tell, this is a family run business whose members I found to be forthright and honest. The estimate was on target and there was no pressure or hard sell. I liked they offered high quality PVC, and having metal poles placed inside the PVC gate posts and the posts at the end of each fence run for extra support, and not wood or anchor spears. I did not want any kind of wood near the foundation of the house. The installers came on one of the coldest days (!) and I offered to reschedule, but they insisted on working, and work they did. All day. They did a pretty nice job in putting the fence up, nice and straight, and strong, and they cleaned up after themselves, leaving the property almost as if the fence had always been there. The hardware for the gates was much beefier than anticipated, and I continue to appreciate how well it works and how secure it feels. A day or two after the installation, gusty 40 & 50 mph winds blew for hours, and I was pleased to find everything fence related still intact and standing the next day. I intend to hire Precision Fence to do more fence work in the future. Overall I felt they offered superior materials at a competitive price, were always available to answer any questions or concerns, and did a good job in installing the fence. Since I'm going to use them again in the future, and because of my positive experience with them, I highly recommend them.

They showed up on time did the work quickly. There was a minor mistake made. they came back the next day and fixed it as there own cost.

Tim and his crew arrived on time and immediately started work. Tim addressed all our concerns about grading and leaving a small gap under the fence. They removed all debris and left the yard clean. The fence looks great.

Precision Fence Co showed up on time, gave me an on the site quote. They were slightly more expensive than another fence company but its well worth it. They showed up a week or two later to perform the job. Workers set up the posts and had the job completed in one day. Would use them again.

Precision sent someone to the house to measure and help my husband and I pick out new fences for our front and back yards. Her advice was invaluable. The fences we got are beautiful! In fact, our neighbors were so impressed, they hired Precision to do their fence too. Precision arrived on time, took down the old fences, and installed the new ones in about a day and a half, which is exactly as long as they said it would take. They removed all of the debris as well. The price was fair considering that we have a big yard and we wanted cedar all around. A few months after they finished, we had a new driveway installed, and a gate needed to be shortened. I called Precision and they took care of it for $75. About a year later, the fence on the side yard started leaning because the ground there is very soft. I called Precision again, and they fixed it at no cost. I would recommend them without reservation.

The estimate was given by a very friendly representative that sat down and explained to me all the differences between product lines and ideas for what would work for me. She even recommended a second gate since I am on such a large property for convenience and such which we agreed with. Once we decided to go with them they put us in the book and told us that we would hear from the installers scheduling person that weekend. We didn't get a call but after we contacted them they apologized and quickly got it worked out and our install was set up. Once the installers arrived they worked diligently and got the job done. They had noted we had a dog on the form so they insured there was minimal or no gaps below the fence line to make sure our dog wouldn't get out. They were absolutely great to work with and even came back to adjust the gate a few weeks later after everything was settled and the winds were calm. I would definitely use this company again.

Job went very smooth, installers were very professional. Upfront and honest pricing. I would definitely use them for another job.

If you are looking for the best fence company I highly recommend Precision Fence ( Medford). I got estimates from many different companies. Precision fence was not the cheapest or the most expensive. What sold me was Mike. Its a family owned business and my gut said this is the person I want to deal with and felt I would be in good hands. Mike was knowledgable and experienced and knew this was the company I wanted to work with. The crew came on the hottest day of the summer and what I thought would be a few day job, took 1 day. The crew came on time and worked till the job was done, none stop. The job and fence exceeded my expectations beyond words. It was done perfectly with not one issue. My entire property looks so beautiful that all my neighbors started fixing their property and fences. Thank you again Mike and your brother & team for an excellent job well done!! Do not hesitate to use this company, they are amazing & I love my fence!!

Very professional and pricing was middle of all the quotes we received. Prompt, high quality materials and quality of work. My husband loved how they were careful and mindful with our property and cleaned up well. Highly recommended!

Very well. The guys that came were professional and spent all day here never bothering me until the job was done. They carted everything away and added a couple of panels when i asked and changed the gate of the cedar fence although it was not scheduled to be there. Lovely-beautiful product.. The only thing was that I had to call them to get going on the job, but they responded immediately and came through.

Prior to purchasing my home I had contacted a couple of fence contractors to come out and give me estimates on putting a fence up. After purchasing the house we had to complete a couple of projects (clearing, in ground sprinklers, lawn) before the fence could go up. It was a year later that I contacted Jan to pull up the paperwork. The landscape of the home had changed a little bit so she came out to the home and re-designed the layout. We both wanted everything to turn out perfect so we exchanged numerous emails, drawings, phone calls,and texts over the course of a couple months. Even after everything was set and a deposit was put down, Jan came out to my home on her own just to make sure it was going to turn out perfect. The installers came just as planned and were very neat. There wasn't any materials or tools left around that my little kids could get into. We get comments all the time from people saying the fence and new layout of the home look amazing. The only issue (and its minor) is that I had ordered special caps for the posts on the gate and they had installed the standard kind. It took about 2 weeks for someone to come out and swap the caps. Precision Fence wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive contractor. They were however the most attentative, reliable and friendly of everyone that came out for estimates. As the old addage goes "You get what you pay for".

From the initial phone call to the estimate, to the work that was done, everything was smooth and professional. The estimator showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. The deal was sealed and a date was chosen for the work. On that day the three man crew showed up on time and did a great job tearing down the old fence and installing the new one. Most of the hard work was done on the first day. The cement in the posts was allowed to cure overnight. The crew came back the next day and completed the work by adding the gates and the stockade fence to the new metal posts. They then cleaned up all debris and old fence pieces. We were very pleased and satisfied with the job that was done. We would use them again.

Came for estimate on railings on time. Came for installation at the right time. Everyone we spoke with, in the company, was very accommodating. They did a very professional job. The pricing was average, in the middle of the quotes that we received, but their response and manner lead us to choose them. We are happy with the work.

Called up Precision Fencing to get an estimate to install new fence in my backyard. They could not send someone to provide an estimate for almost two weeks. When I started to explain the project, Tom said, "We don't do that stuff", and ended the conversation. All that I stated was that I had some new PVC fence that can be salvaged, as I was moving the location of the fence. He was very rude. I cannot speak for the quality of their product or price, but based on this, I am happy not to do business with them.

After several calls -- zero returned -- I was finally told they don't service the Hamptons. I'd gladly pay a premium for quality work, which we sometimes must do out here, but understand it's their choice. Thought I'd post the info.

Called to arrange a time for a quote and owner did not want to come on a day that was convenient to me. He only wanted to come when they were in the neighborhood. I found it unprofessional that he started complaining about the distance from his shop to my house so I decided this was someone I did not want to do business with when I had 3 other companies who were happy to come give me a quote on the day I requested. To be fair, he may do very good work as per the reviews (which is why I called him in the first place) but Tom needs to improve his customer service.

They did a great job, very satisfied.

They were fabulous. They came with a team of people and they were extremely efficient with time. At the end of the day, another team came to join them to complete the job. Because we had a pool putt in, they had to come back subsequently. We called them, they came right away, and completed it.

Great experience. Mike came over on sept.22nd for an estimate and the job was done in a few hours on Oct. 4th. The guys were neat, efficient and did a great job. I'm submitting this review almost 15 months late but the fencing survived 2 hurricanes including "Sandy" which took down many fences in the neighborhood so I can testify to the solid job on a pretty basic fence. I'd use these guys again. Out of three quotes they were about the middle. Worth the price.

The job went very well, no complaints.
