I dealt with Mike from precision fence and he was great. The team was quick and neat. Looked like they were never here. The fence is thick and comparing it to other products I was completely satisfied. I would highly recommend Mike from precision and his guys Wilton and George.

Precision fence doesn't value your time or your business. I've had nothing but problems with them and I recommend you don't let them waste your time like they did mine. I needed a gate repair and a quote to move and upgrade the fence I had installed by them a few years ago. They said their repairman would stop by within the next week and they would call and let me know when. The repairman showed up unannounced, but thankfully I was home so he could repair the gate. When I called to pay for the repair they apologized for sending their repairman out without calling first. Then the salesperson Dan came out to do the estimate and he was rude and rushed as if I wasn't worth his time. I was shocked, especially since I'm a returning customer. When I followed up to get the estimate I complained to the office. They both apologized and said they would send the estimate, which they never did. Save yourself the headache and find a different fence company.

Precision Fence Co. did a wonderful job, in a timely matter, at a great price. We enjoyed talking with Dan as he explained different options for the best solution to the look and function we were going for (i.e. beautiful, open look but also able to keep our crazy huskies in). We were eager to get the fence done before moving in and they made it happen within the following week which was great. Tim and his team during the actual install were very thorough and did an awesome job. We appreciated his attention to detail and the fact that he cared about the outcome and not just getting it done. Overall, very happy with the whole process and end product (our dogs are too!)

Requested bid on Angie's list and received a response same day. Closed on job content and pricing with the owner of the company (Mike) in two days! Mike and his entire team of installers were clearly well experienced and professional with removal and replacement of fencing around my entire backyard. The job was done within 2 weeks of deal closure and was completed in 1 1/2 days. They did a great job cleaning up after install and ensured ground was leveled where appropriate. My wife and I are thrilled with the outcome of the install and are now totally enjoying the privacy in our yard. I want to thank Tim, Joe and the installation team for their attention to detail and overall professionalism. A job well done!!

It went very well. I got 216 total feet of white vinyl PVC fence with the scalloped top. Also included in the price was a beautiful arbor. Bill, the salesman was very patient with me from the start, answering every question I had. They did my house and the next-door neighbor in only two days! The price was so competitive, you can't go wrong. The crew was very professional, too. Winton was very good with his workers. When Bill first came to do the estimate, he said that the arbor would be an extra $750 & the removal of the fence would be extra, too. Then, that changed. He said the arbor AND the fence removal was included in the total price. Who was I to argue? Then, after the fence was installed, I was told it would cost extra to have 3 panels go all the way to the ground. Was $105 extra. I could have sworn that we discused that that would be done at no extra charge during his first visit. I decided not to argue that point because of the great price I already had. All in all, I would highly recommend this company.

Everything went perfect and we are extremely pleased. The installer was insistent that I will be more than pleased upon completion of the work and he was right. I only gave the responsiveness a fair rating just to be completely honest about the review. We first called in April but there was snow in the ground and I’m sure a lot of fence repair work to be done. It took a while for them to get back to us with a written quote and then when they came back with Mike he never got back to me on the cost of doing my deck but I would think that they were just bogged down with alotof work. Plus it was raining almost every other day which pushed back the date so I waited patiently and it was worth it. Work was extremely neat, they cleaned up. Even moved two bushes for me to access my new second gate. Would definitely use them again. Workers did everything that was promised in a professional manner.

Mike gave the estimate. Joe installed the railings. Both were on-time, courteous, professional. I had 2 other estimates and theirs was the best for the quality desired. The installation went seamlessly and the railings are a beautiful addition to my home. This was a big job. The railings were Vanguard black aluminum.

The crew of Sean & Frank arrived promptly and did an outstanding job with my fence installation. I would highly recommend them.

Called for estimate, Mike came, and gave estimate. Written estimate was received in the mail. Made many calls to Mike and his office, and promises were made to come and do the work, but no one ever came.

They were very responsive, punctual and professional. The work was done well, the workers seemed to care about doing a good job and were genuinely pleased with their results, even to the point of cleaning off a muddy spot on the fence before showing it to us.. They cleaned up everything and took away any debris. We would definitely hire them again.

Thank you Precision Fence for your professionalism. Right from the beginning. I filled out the online form for a quote. I was contacted for an appointment. I met with Dan N. who was great. Dan was friendly and polite, gave me the quote on the spot and showed me samples. If I needed to call the office, whoever I spoke with was polite and nice as well. I was scheduled or the week of September 25th and was called on September 23 and told the fence would be installed on Monday. Tim and crew showed up in time and he introduced himself. We went over everything quite thoroughly and they got to work. They were all very nice young men and were very professional. My experience with Precision Fence was top-notch. Thank you

Precision Fence was fabulous. The workmanship was excellent. The price was great. The materials used was the highest quality. I had to cut some bushes where my new fence was being installed, and they helped me cut the bushes and even took all the debris away and swept. They even filled my holes in yard with the left over dirt. They went well beyond what any other contractor would have done. I highly recommend this company. You will be glad you did.

They were very professional. They measured, they did more than look around they actually measured the length of the fence. And they had to come again to measure where the utility lines were illegally on my property which they couldn’t do anything about. In fact we liked them so much we added to the job. The pricing was the cheapest of cheap but then I wanted a certain quality fence.

I highly recommend them. They did a great job. They communicated well. They were very knowledgeable. They had very good suggestions. They had high quality products. They delivered as they said they would. They did an excellent job. And they came out again just to check the wires and what was coming under the ground that it could hit. Remember I was having a top quality fence put in and they were cheaper than say Rumple Fence. Good value! It was top of the line fencing so it’s not a cheapo place. They were very professional. The head of the company came out.

I got them off Angie's List. I think their pricing might have been a little higher than others, but we liked what they offered better, I mean, as far as the quality of their product. They were fine, I had no complaints about them at all.

The estimate was lower than everyone else that I called. They were polite, timely and cost effective. The only thing that I did not like was that they had to come back after the original setup because the layout was not right. They are very polite and very nice. The work turned out great, perfect.

The price was fair and the installation was done very well. Initially there were a couple of minor issues, Tom came back and the issues were corrected professionally and to our complete satisfaction. Tom is a professional and a gentleman and that carries over to his staff as well. We would definitely use Precision Fence again. Highly recommended.

They came out to look at it. I found out that with contractors, if the person is writing it up, isn't the person who does the work. The price will be doubled. If he is the salesman or the foreman. There isn't a cost. They come out free of charge. He tried to be reasonable. He was very nice. I am going to use them. The estimate worked for me. I had checked out two other places, and they gave me the same price. I used them because its on Angie's List. I am using Angie's List as an protection.

It was an one day thing, and they did a great job. If you want a good company, you have to put out money for it. They did a good job on the fence, and it was a little on the high side. I checked out two other companies, and their prices were the same. I called them back in and they gave me a price for putting in an gate facing the driveway. I called them up the other day, yesterday. I sent them the contract with the check for half the around. I had to call them, and the lady said I will let the foreman know when your contract comes in the mail. I sent it on Wednesday, and the foreman was suppose to call me back. Now I have to call them back this afternoon to see what is going on. They are busy. It takes two and half weeks. That doesn't bother me. Their communication could be better. They did a good job. If you want something done on your house, my wife watches them on tv and a lot of people do it themselves. They will call an contractor, and they will work with the contractor. That is weird. I say let the contractor do it. On Long Island labor cost is high. They were fine. They communicate fine. They were very nice. I am trying to use them again.The fence took a day to complete. Two workers, one day. I was surprise. They were fine. You could talk to them. Sometimes you can't with people, but with them you could. The fence was lined up nicely. You don't want it crooked. It was well done.

Installation team was very professional and spent the time necessary to answer all my questions and make sure I was happy.

The whole experience was great. Dan came back to our house numerous times to help us pick the perfect fence. I'm sure other people are more decisive than we are but he was very patient. We couldn't be happier.
