From beginning to end, this was a pleasant experience. The available material was explained to us very well and because of this, we were able to pick the material we needed without spending more than we had to. The installation crew showed up on time every day, performed their work efficiently, and cleaned up all debris. The finished product is a beautiful piece of work and I would not hesitate to use this company again

An overall great experience. The first meeting with Bill, the salesman went very well. He gave us his input and was not pushy in any way. They scheduled the job when they said they would be able to, they were on time and very professional. The installers were very patient and made sure I was happy with where the fence was going to be before they started. The workmanship was top quality with no shortcuts taken. They did a great job, do not hesitate to contact these guys.

For fencing, I ended up using Precision Fence. I would say about 5 to 6 people came out and it took them about one and a half days for them to complete it. Everything was very good when they got finished. There were no problems with the sturdiness of the fence, not yet. This experience was very good. The quality of the fence is holding up very good.

I just can't say enough about these guys. I used them for my own fence and so have two of my neighbors. One who told me they will be hiring them again in a month or so for more work. I called them for an estimate on my Mother's deck Mike the owner came out and gave a fantastic price. They are the most honest guys I have ever dealt with and Joe (Mike's brother) installed the deck, he was such a pleasure to have around. He even made the deck much wider and better than I could have imagined. I recommend them to anyone who asks and I wish they did everything. I have never met such nice honest young guys who own a company and treat everyone equally and with such respect. My Mother is senior so by them making the deck wider and safer for her on their own shows great integrity. They are simply the best.

The two guys from Precision arrived right on time, and took care of everything, working through the rain that started until all the work was completed. Both were very professional, pleasant to work with, and kept me informed of what they were doing.

Excellent company to deal with! I called a few local companies in my town for pricing a simple basic wood fence. The prices were outrageous along with the attitudes when I declined. I decided to search outside the town of Southold and called Precision. The price for the same job was so below the other estimates and they were just so nice to deal with. No pressure or attitudes or egos. The owner was also here during the job and the guys were just great. On time, very friendly, helped out with all the questions I had. They did so much more than I expected. I also recommended them to two neighbors who had beautiful iron fences installed by Precision. Both neighbors were extremely happy with their work. It's very rare to find an honest company like this where they price the job by the materials and not by feeling out the homeowners knowledge ( or lack of) construction and prices. I continue to recommend them to anyone who asks. I only wish they did ALL home improvements-I would hire them for everything!!

Mike the owner came and met with us and made us feel very comfortable from the start. The price quote was inline with others we had received so we decided to move forward and within in a week they showed up to do the work. The two man team showed up on time and worked fast. They completed the job in about 3 hours and everything looks great. I was also very happy with the cleanup. There were a few fence shavings, but that is to be expected. We have received a number of compliments on the fence. We would definitely call them again in the future. Still waiting on a quote for a deck installation though.

I had researched fences and decided I wanted top of the line ?Country Estates?. Precision Fence was a dealer, and is a family owned business, so I stopped into the shop and met with Dad, Tom. We set up an appointment to do an estimate. Mike, his son, was prompt, courteous and professional at the home visit. The price was reasonable. A date was set, the men arrived on time, worked very hard, did a really great job and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. Two years later I finished the second half of the fence with Precision. Once again they came by and everything went smoothly. I was very happy with the fence and have gotten many compliments. Fast forward one year... I had a company put in pavers... that company made the pavers too high and the gate couldn?t be closed, so I called Precision, Mike sent his brother to assess the damage, the next day he came by to fix the gate, he trimmed it and adjusted the hinges. He also adjusted the front gate while he was there, NO CHARGE! I cannot say enough good things about this company, they are reputable, reliable and reasonable. I absolutely recommend them and would use them again, this is a winning team!

The company performed exactly as promised. Although they cautioned that weather could cause delays, they called about 5 days before the agreed upon date and confirmed it. The installers, all of whom appeared to be permanent employees, arrived on time, installed the fence expeditiously, and took away the old fence.. They also repaired a leaning portion of an existing fence at no charge. We recommend them without reservation.

On time , installers were very professional and the job came out great. When I shopped around there were lower prices but it wasn't the same product, I feel I got a great product at a good price and would recommended them to anyone.

smoothly, quickly, looks beatiful

Everything went pretty well ..... Similar price to most others. One of the better contractors we have had at the house. I would say a little sloppy for my taste with cleanup. Cement spills left in the yard, PVC shavings all over, and debris left behind. I'm still waiting for one company to actually take their time and care about the details.

Their sales woman was very good. I can’t recall her name but she was very helpful. I thought their prices were a little high but the work was okay. It was good except that towards the end the fence was kind of slanted in the direction where I wanted wide angle. I did not say anything because the job was already done. May be they thought I wanted it that way. I just let it go. Overall the job was okay. The sales woman, she kind of listened to what I wanted and needed. She was helpful about it and gave helpful suggestions whereas the other companies that I checked out did not clearly listen to what I wanted. She was good to work with. I recommended them to someone else actually my brother and sister-in-law wanted a fence for their property. They needed a fence because they have 2 dogs that they wanted to be able to run around the yard. Again they like the sales woman but went with another company because the price was half with another company. The workers came on time and did their job on time.

workers came between 9 and 10 am as they said they would and worked until about 3 pm removing and replacing fencing and taking away old fencing. Guys were very pleasant to work with and didn't stop until finished.

They did a good job on the installation and they spent a lot of time to make sure everything is done right. They cared and it was good. I was really pleased with them.

Our experience with Precision Fence was terrific from first to last. The salesman they sent out was personable and carefully explained our options to us. He took the time to understand why we wanted a fence and made sure we selected something that worked for us. And the crew that installed the fence was spectacular. They consulted with me throughout the day to make sure the fence and gates were put in exactly how I wanted them to be and went above and beyond in clean up. If we need another fence, we'll be calling them.

The job went great.They were on time,polite and they were neat.No mess was left behind.This is the 2nd job I have done with this company and both times it went great.The price on both jobs were what I expected.Mike the owner was very professional and honest.I would tell anybody to use this company.

I never was able to put them into my bidding pool because I never even received the estimate. Very unprofessional considering I was guaranteed something the next day.

Appointments were made quickly, and the gentleman who visited (Bill)was both knowledgeable and professional. Prices were reasonable compared to competition quotes, but I definitely had a high sense of comfort working with the company and will likely choose them if/when we move forward with the project.

Came on time did work went very well

I have used a fencing company and it was Precision Fence Co. I used them because they've got very good reviews. I can't say I was disappointed with the reviews that I got. I spoke to the guy afterwards and he was willing to fix one of the problems. But the things like what I didn't care for is that the guy thought that we had a stockade fence so it was wood posts and wood fence. They didn't like look at the post, they put the uglier side out rather than looking at another side which might have been better. Other than that the fence looks fine. They were a lose pen holes that they should have checked I think before they left. They are willing to come back to do that but my husband fixed that. The price was decent.

The estimate was clear and well explained. Although other estimates came in less,the professionalism sold the service. The fence was installed the next week. The installers were punctual and the process was like precise clockwork. An issue arose toward the end of the installation. I received an e-mail from one of the owners who offered to take a look at the situation. The issue was evaluated today (5/1) and the solution is forthcoming. I have never come across such a degree of efficiency and willingness to accommodate the consumer. Rest assured, if you contract with Precision Fence, you will be happy. - Extraordinary! Note: The issue was addressed and rectified. I have never seen a company stand behind their product and workmanship with such integrity. These people are amazing!
