Great. Except cigarette butts left in yard.

It went very well. MIke and his team were professional, responsive, punctual and left my yard in better shape than they found it.

Precision was great. They were on time, professional and got the job done quickly. They arrived at 9am and immediately remove my old fence. They had 4 guys on the job. They had the full fence up and completed by 3:30 pm. We were very happy with the results. We initially were about but to go with a cheaper competitor but they had terrible reviews. Precision was worth every penny. They use a quality fence (not like Home Depot quality) and Mike showed me the base had metal inside the pvc. Mike was great. Very knowledgeable and he will work with you. My wife preferred a specific style of fencing and Mike made it happen. We highly recommend precision if your in the market for a fence. Reviews are everything, the reviews about precision were accuarate and we are happy we went with them.

From start to finish, I was beyond impressed. "Mike" came by for the estimate and was able to explain the pvc as well as the installation process in a language I could understand. The crew showed up on time on the day we agreed to. I feel they did an exceptional job with extra care respecting my neighbors property. I was amazed they did my entire yard in just one day. The price was very fair, and it's seems the warranty is exceptional. Mike gave me a follow up call to make sure I was happy with the job. And of course I was. My neighbor just called Precision today after they had watched them do my fence. I'd recommend Precision to family and friends anytime!

Mike was great at explaining the process. Everything was done at the time stated. I would hire again without hesitation.

First I have to start with Mike. He is a great salesmen. He full knows his product and also he knows what competitors are offering. This goes from price and the quality of the product they are trying to sell. What he said to me made sense after I had already done research about the different types of fences. We had at least four price quotes prior to Mike coming out to the house. A well informed consumer is the best when dealing with contractors, doing any type of work on your home. After meeting with him we made the decision very quickly to go with his company. They have great follow up to let you know when you are going to be scheduled. They are on time and very clean after they are done. The price was in the ball park of others, and the Angies list coupon was a plus which they honored. I've already referred my neighbor and I will be going back to get front railing. Thanks for everything

Very professional in every possible way. Discussed all options. Showed different colors. We're able to modify the gate size on the spot during installation.

I met with Mike from precision fence back in may and although the review is a little bit after the work is done I didn't want the opportunity to pass to review a company I had a great dealing with. Mike came back to my house three times during the renovations of my back yard and was very patient and helpful with making my decision. The crew was neat and quick. The clean up was great and the job was finished in a day. I received a few estimates initially and Mike was the only one who had a warranty to show me and product samples so I knew what I was buying. He educated me on the pvc product and that was more then I can say for his competitors. I highly recommend.

Mike was very creative in customizing my fence to my specific needs beyond what I thought was possible. His crew performed a flawless installation. Mike is very professional and excellent at his craft. He was a pleasure to work with.

It's been over a month since I first contacted Precision Fence and I have yet to receive a price. I initially requested a quote by filling out a form on their website. I did not receive a response. Several days later I called the office and spoke with Tom. He asked me to email Mike and he would set up an appointment. Emailed Mike and received no response. Called again and was advised by Tom that Mike had gone on vacation and was assured I would receive a response when he returned. Finally received a call back from Mike and scheduled an appointment for a quote. Mike appeared on time and advised me he would work up a quote and get back to me. About a week later he called and left a voice mail message for me to contact him. Called the office and the secretary advised me that Mike was not in and that she would have him get back to me. That was over a week ago and I'm still waiting for a return call. So after at least 5 weeks I am no closer to getting a railing installed than I was when I started the process. Both Mike and Tom seem like nice people but they need work on communicating with their customers - at least in my case. For the record, I use Angie's List a lot and have been happy with recommended vendors I've used. I've never given less than an "A" rating. This is the first time I've given an "F".

Everything went well with the estimate. Mike was curtious . Problem was I never got a call back despite multiple attempts to contact Mike. My feeling was that he did not want to take the job because the area was heavily wooded. I would have been fine with that if he just told me so instead of ignoring my calls

We were able to find just what we were looking for Mike from Precision Fence was able to answer all our questions and come up with the perfect answer my husband and I were able to get exactly what we both wanted it was installed in one day we are very pleased with it they left no mess they cleaned up everything we couldn't have been happier

Everything went great! Tim took me around the property to go over everything before they started and was patient with all my questions and concerns. They got to work right away and conducted themselves professionally throughout the day. They had to deal with a lot of unexpected glitches within our yard but they handled it all and still got the job done in one day. They cleaned up and left our property as orderly as it was when they arrived.

It went fantastic. From the salesman to the installers I was well informed and kept in touch with every step of the way. There was a small hiccup with the type of lattice and color I chose but once I was informed of the problem they went above and beyond to keep me happy. We also had a problem with my neighbors fence in that it was really old and most of it was leaning toward my property, (I had previously asked them if they wanted to split the cost for the fence...they said no) but Precision went the extra mile and spoke to them about taking their fence down and "Doing The Job Right" (that was their term). They agreed and Precision took down their fence at no cost to either of us. I would recommend Precision Fence Co. everyday of the week and twice on Sunday!!!!!

Salesperson, Jan, sold me on the quality of the fence and installation. Three person crew, led by Tim, did a great job. Fence looks very nice.

I'm a very particular and inquisitive person.? I usually have a lot of questions and pay close attention to detail.? Even with these annoying traits,? Precision fence got an A+ from me. I met with Mike who was friendly & very patient as he answered all of my questions. He was very responsive with any additional questions or changes I had during the time before the installation of the fence. Tom called about a week before the install date to schedule it and arrived on time the day of (which I always appreciate). Tom & the guys who did the install got it done efficiently and it was done the same day. Anytime he had a question during the install,? he would ask me instead of just making the call.? This made me really happy bc I always like to be involved in the decision making on how something will look on my property instead of just letting people decide what they think I'd want. ?I Love the way the fence looks and am so happy to finally have privacy! I'm really happy I decided to go with Precision fence. I would absolutely use them again and would 100% recommend them to my closest friends & family.

The salesman was very knowledgeable. I like the fact that he did not beat up on his competitors. He used his timely wisely on advising us why his fence and installers were superior to most. We had already shopped around and found that the pricing was not lowest but not the highest either. We were sold on the quality of the fence which was more important to us. we wanted something that would last and a company that was highly rated to ensure that potential warranty services in the future would be honored as outlined in the contract. We agreed to the job the same day of our appoinment. We also went to the shop and previewed the material. We were told that the office would call us on Saturday to schedule the job. Saturday came and went no call. We called Precision and they advised due to bad weather the previous week they had to cancel somejobs which would take priority over the upcomming jobs. I totally understood but wished someone would have called to convey that on Saturday. A suggestion for them would be to the have the scheduler reach out to the customers on hold to communicate backlog. Precision called me the following Saturday and scheduled the job for Tuesday 10/6 at 9am. They showed up at 10am. I liked that as soon as they got there the foreman went around the property and communicated all challenges. He removed walkboard and flower bed rails that my husband was supposed to do prior to thier arrival was not able to do without any additional charge. There were 3 men on the job. The completed the project by 6. We walked around with a level and was pleased with the outcome. I think they did a fantastic job and look forward to utilizing them again for future projects!! We had a great experience with Mike and his team. The estimate was scheduled quickly and was right in line with the other estimates we received. My calls were always returned quickly. They worked around our schedule. The crew was very professional and the quality of their work was great. The whole job was finished in one day without a shred of mess for us to clean up. Install went perfect. The 2 installers were punctual, neat, professional, polite and did a beautiful job installing the railings. Michael, the owner, has been responsive to a follow-up concern and I'm very happy with the resolution.

So far, our contacts with Precision Fence have been successful. When we first called, they sent out someone fairly quickly to come and give us an estimate. They also gave us a fair price and seem to be using quality materials.

Based on my previous experience with this company, I decided to use them to replace a 20 year old deck. I was not disappointed. The selection process was pleasant. The work was performed efficiently and the cleanup was complete. I am extremely happy with the finished product.
