They did a very thorough and professional job with the estimate. It took a long time for me to get an estimate. It took me more than 2 months to get an estimate.

Adirondack Basement originally came on September 22, 2011, but left because they thought there might be fuel oil in our sump pump. There wasn't. The soonest appointment we could get was three weeks later.

They are a very busy company and took several weeks for their estimator/engineer to get to us but when he did, he spent several hours measuring/examining and explaining their procedures, products and techniques. It was a couple months more before they could start the job but once started, they were fast, neat and courteous. The wall power braces actually pushed the basemant wall back a little. The drains along the wall were put in place after the jack hammered a trough for them, weep holes we drilled in the block to relieve any water build up, and the drain was cemented over - a really nice job. We got the triple safe sump pump system with triple redundency pumps - two electric motors and a battery powered motor -to ensure the water is out of the sump. They also installed a large dehumidifier which also drains to the sump. We also had their electrician install the two power lines from the breaker box to the two pump motors. They did a really great job and, given the work involved and equipment installed, at a very resonable cost.

The project was estimated at four days. It took about 3 and 1/2 days. All work was performed professionally with materials as estimated. The workers cleaned up after themselves and took care to keep things as clean as possible.

I contacted them y email, they responded the next work day and set up a home vist. A couple of days later I received a package of material from the company detailing different drainage scenarios that caused wet basement, including "natural" events and solutions. The initial contact person was very knowledgable, came out looked over the situation and sat down and wrote a proposal. The day of the installation, the worked arrived on time, very professional and polite! He went to work and as it turned out there was not bed-rock in my floor that would have cost extra to be jack hammered out in order for the sump pump to be installed appropriately. When he had finished the work, his work area was cleaned (cleanest area in the basement). I talked with the office, they returned my call to inform me that the extent of the prep work was less and that I would be refunded. The entire experience was very excellent.

Was visited by representative who discussed the situation and made recommendations. Provided an estimate a few days later. Scheduled an appointment. They came and completed the work on that day. Guys were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Finished product looks good.

They are a very professional company that has their own array of basement waterproofing products. After years of water problems, I thought my basement was in horrible shape. Their lead salesman informed me that is was not bad at all. They could have sold me more products (e.g., new French drain, sump pumps) but informed me that mine were in good condition and they were not necessary purchases. From that point on, they called and e-mailed regularly to follow-up on scheduling and other details - including my satisfaction with the service, every step of the way. The workers were as advertised - courteous, hard-working and very clean. I highly recommend this company for anyone who wants to deal with water issues in their basement and/or improve the appearance of their basement. For 26 years, my basement always stressed me out. Now, I'm proudly showing it to everybody!

The technician was prompt in arriving, inspected the pump and saw the reason for the problem right away. He adjusted that unit and then looked over and made adjustments to the three other pumps in our system to ensure no issues would arise with them. Tested the pumps, reviewed the outside discharge arrangements, answered all our questions readily. He was courteous and took pains to clean up after himself. Very professional service.

Great job. Three men worked steadily Monday-Friday. They arrived on time, were knowledgeable and courteous, answered all our questions. Clean up was complete. The sales rep who estimated the job for us was most pleasant, took his time, offered suggestions, did not do a hard sell on items we declined to install such as windows and dehumidifier. The owner visited the job before work began to personally inspect the walls, ruling out any issues that were suspect in the salesman's photographs and might have made the work more complex and costly.

They have their people come out exactly when they say they will. They send you material before they come out which gives you idea for questions to ask. They are very intelligent. They asked what we wanted from them. They didn?t try to sell us. They gave us an appointment. They notified us a week before hand. They were punctual. The job lasted the amount oftime they told us. They are a very professional organization.

Salesman very knowledgeable and answered our questions. Installer very efficient and patient explaining what we needed to know about the unit and upkeep. Office staff very helpful. We love the unit and believe it will allow us to store more itmes in the basement that we were previously unable to due to the dampness.

They did good! The gentleman came out to do the estimate late in the evening. He did a full estimate for waterproofing, and he was very informative. They had to order the beams for the reinforcement, and it only took them about four hours to install those. The work was great.

They addressed the worst issues and I think it will be fine from now on. They really did an impeccable job cleaning up the area. They also put runners down so they did not track dirt through my house. I was very impressed.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME. THE WORK WAS DONE THE WAY THAT THEY DESCRIBED IT WOULD BE.

I QUESTIONED THE TYPE OF WINDOW BECAUSE I'D BEEN USED TO ONE TYPE, BUT THESE, BECAUSE THEY SLIDE, ARE CLEANER LOOKING AND EASIER TO WORK WITH. THEY DID A REALLY GOOD INSTALLATION JOB WITH THE CLEAN UP. I'VE HAD SOME REALLY GOOD COMMENTS FROM OTHERS ABOUT THE WINDOWS.

I THINK THEIR PRICE WAS VERY, VERY FAIR FOR THE AMOUNT OF WORK THEY HAD TO DO. THEY WERE PROMPT. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY WERE COURTEOUS IN THE HOUSE. THE SALESMAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.
