All work done very well. Shawn called to announce when they will be on premises. Very neat workers.

They painted 3 sides of our home to contrast with the front of the home and trimmed it out. Shawn and his crew arrived on time and they were the nicest people. I would highly recommend them. They were wonderful people and did exactly what they said they would do!

I purchased a Big Deal and Shawn got back to me almost immediately. He came to our home to look at the job. Our home was built in 1961 and the walls and trim needed attention.. Shawn explained that he could prep the walls and save the trim saving us money. The walls and trim look new...Upon completion they left the work area in immaculate condition. It is obvious Shawn takes pride in his work. Shawn and his crew were punctual, friendly but professional. I definitely would hire this Company again.

Shawn responded promptly to my phone call to set up an appointment. We picked up the materials needed for the jobs ahead of time, to maximize the time he worked under the Big Deal, and he accurately told us what we would need. He and his assistant showed up on time (actually a little early!) to perform the work. Shawn explained what he would be doing and offered a few suggestions as to the best way to perform the repairs. The finished products look great. Shawn is a true professional and obviously takes pride in his craft, as was evident in the quality of the work that was done. He made sure that we inspected the work to be sure it met with our satisfaction. Shawn and his assistant are both personable gentlemen, and it was a pleasure to deal with them. We will definitely call him again if we need work done and highly recommend him.

Shawn delivered exactly what he said he would on exactly the time line and price discussed. the quality of work was very good. Additionally they treated the space like their own and cleaned up very well after they were finished. I have no complaints and would use them again.

Job went well and seems like a quality job. Shawn was concerned about ensuring the area was water tight, so there is no future problem, as well as the look of the finished product and that I was satisfy with the job. And I was satisfied.

Shawn and the crew took care of my home as if it was theirs - inside and outside. The crew was couteous, polite and professional. They did what they said they would do - and sometimes more. The job was finished on time and, given the size, surprisingly within budget. If we had to nitpick it would be on some of the paint on handles etc. Very minor. If there was a rating higher then "A" I'd give it.

Shawn and his crew were fantastic. They were punctual and professional. They did a great job painting all the walls and base moldings and they even painted the trim around my doors and windows without me asking. They finished the entire job in one day. Shawn was very responsive to my emails and text messages and was very friendly. I would recommend Shawn and his crew to anyone looking for a reasonably priced painter who is pleasant to deal with and will do a great job!

Don't think they wanted my business? Not sure what to make of coming to my house and evaluating project! He's says I should call Angie's list to get a refund .. They are too booked. Said he would send me an estimate through email! NEVER received it! Don't have the time to go back and forth.. Thank you

Shawn and his assistant showed up on time and after a brief tour of the rooms immediately began work. We provided the paint. Shawn uses Benjamin Moore which is my choice of paint. Although Shawn offered to bring the paint and pass on his discounted price, my wife had coupons which amounted to basically the same cost. But it was a nice gesture. We contracted for 6 man-hours which I knew would not be enough since it had been years since we painted last. Everything took two coats-white for the ceilings, a satin finish color for the walls and a white semi-gloss for the trim. They finished in 10 man-hours which I felt was excellent time. We were so pleased with the result we're having him back in six weeks to paint the rest of downstairs and install crown molding in the living room and dining room. His work is top notch, his pricing is competitive, and I would feel comfortable recommending him to anyone.

It is simply too long of a wait and more than I can spend right now. I would consider using this vendor in the future however.

The team arrived right on time at 8:00 am. They went right to work and did an excellent job. As estimated: very efficient, neat and good clean results. The guys moved furniture and draped plastic over everything. There were no spills or drips on anything. I would definitely recommend this team.

Fantastic work -- a great experience from start to finish! Shawn responded to my initial inquiry for an estimate in less than 24 hours; the work was scheduled as soon as weather permitted (it needed to warm up a bit!) and everything was done on time, exactly when and how he said it would be. Everyone was very nice, efficient and professional. Also very neat! All the scrap wood from the demolition was neatly piled up for disposal and there were no stray paint splatters anywhere. I will definitely use them again -- in fact, we already have another appointment set for some carpentry repair to a retaining wall elsewhere on the property.

We had the exterior of our garage scraped, caulked, and painted along with wood rot repair. Sean was very responsive and punctual during our phone contacts and with scheduling and completing the work. All of the workers were professional and neatly cleaned the work area at the end of the day.

Our Job went very well. We are very satisfied The crew arrived on at the agreed date and time. The team worked very clean and with respect to our home and our next door neighbors' property. The job was done in the estimated time and it looks terrific. After a number of years of abuse to our house by two teenage boys, including the accompanying members of baseball, football and lacrosse teams, I am happy to say all cracks and issues with the Trim and Sheet rock were addressed at no extra charge. The brand of paint suggested by Shawn looks terrific and we would like to thank him for his patience with us picking out the colors. The payment terms were simple and reasonable. Shawn also was able to make recommendations and give us insight into contractors we used for other need work including carpet and cabinets. They left the entire work area clean as can be and we are very satisfied.

I had a flood in my hallway, moulding had to be replaced and painted. My son-in-law started the restoration job, but could not finish. I went to Angie's list and found Prescion. I was very impressed with their work and professionalism. It just cost a little more than I had thought it would. But, I probably would hire Shawn again. I just would make sure I understood the pricing the next time. I was very satisfied with the work. They are very neat, everything was cleaned up and put away as if they were never there.

They were wonderful. They installed crown molding in my living room and it's beautiful! I couldn't be more impressed. They were prompt, courteous, and I will have them back to do more work. I would highly recommend them.

I originally booked Shawn using an Angie's List deal and I am so glad I did! He responded to my booking almost immediately, which I really appreciated, and then came to my house to look at the job within 24 hours. The following Monday Shawn and his assistant were rebuilding my porch steps and prepping and painting my boys' room. They finished the job in the two days he predicted and not only did an amazing job but also cleaned up and moved my furniture back to where it was supposed to be. Bottom line, I would not hesitate to book Shawn again or to recommend him to anyone who is looking for carpentry or painting.

He did what he said what he was going to do, and he did not try to sell me anything else. It was just an overall delightful experience. I plan on using him again.
