For the first time in a very long time, i can honestly say every dealing with Piazza construction was professional, honest, and very well done. When they said they would be here at 8, they were here at 7:55 and ready to go at 8. They worked hard, cleaned up well, were respectful, and went above and beyond to make the basement look amazing. the price was competitive and from start to finish, we kept remarking how for the first time, we are having a wonderful experience with our new one and only contractor!! We will definitely hire them again. When we asked for suggestions or advice, they were helpful, when we noticed something we might want to change, they were flexible, and most of all, they treated our house like their own.

Shawn and his team made my remodel visions come to life! His attention to detail is exactly what our house needed. When little things popped up (issues from previous owners) he quickly and efficiently provided a solution and without hesitation fixed it. His guys clean up after themselves at the end of each day, and leave our house and floors immaculate! He worked with us to maximize our budget, and suggested things that we hadn’t even thought about going into the project, without any additional cost. They are all ON TIME everyday and there’s an open line of communication, which made this process a breeze! They surpassed my expectations on a timeline as well! There’s not enough good things I can say about the whole crew from start to finish. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any home improvement project that you have, big or small.

Piazza construction does excellent work and is very reliable

I had the pleasure of engaging Piazza Construction Co. To remove bedroom and living room windows in my cottage in East Hampton Village and to have installed new Anderson 200 series windows with interior grills and screens. The interior of the windows were re-trimmed to match the existing window frames. The work was done to perfection and the windows look gorgeous. Shawn Piazza, owner of Piazza Construction Co., , came by regularly to check on the progress of the job until completion. On completion everyone remarked so favorably when they saw the first rate quality of the work done. Shawn is a fine gentleman and runs a great business and you will enjoy working with him on any project in or outside your home. He is first rate and I highly recommend him. He did a phenomenal job, I had a funeral in Mexico and had to leave all the repairs to a compete stranger. We texted each other constantly and before I left for the funeral I picked out the flooring and paint but in my haste forgot one room. Well he matched the paint perfectly to what I had. When I got home my house was done and everything was cleaned up beautifully. He did a FANTASTIC job!! I recommend him highly. Very personable, honest, trustworthy and leaves your house very clean!!

Shawn and his crew are the absolute best! Anything I needed they could do - bathrooms, new roof, repairing walls/ceilings from water damage, painting, kitchen, wall demoing, trim, electric, and much more. Not only is their work impeccable but their professionalism is extremely unique. Shawn is on top of every detail. I don’t have to worry about anything. He and his crew are also incredibly trustworthy and keep the house so clean despite the work going on. I won’t ever use anyone else for my home renovations or remodeling. 100% recommend!!!!!

It went very well! The guys from J&S were able to repair the existing cabinets, straightening them & securing them almost as good as new. To completely fix them would require the entire cabinet to be disassembled & rebuilt, costing me a lot of money, which I had already figured out. I am very happy with the work they did, I recommend them!

I was so happy with the crown mounding job that I hired them to come back and do the dining room, downstairs foyer and upstairs hallway. I am so happy how it all came out and everyone that visits says how beautiful it looks. Couldn't be happier. They did a great job with the painting as well.

Shawn was very easy to work with, gave a competitive price (we had 4 estimates) and was present on the job daily. We had multiple changes to the work to be done which affected the contract, Shawn was very flexible and fair in his pricing. The men who came each morning were punctual,neat and very aware of protecting my house from paint and debris. Shawn delivers what he promises ,he his crew transformed my house into a beautiful home. Shawn and his crew did an amazing job. Shawn is very honest and will not overcharge you for materials. He we advise you what he thinks are the best materials needed for your project, but will tell you how can save money on materials. He and his staff are punctional, professional, and the craftsmanship is amazing. He and his workers are clean and VERY respectful of your home and property, not to mention super responsive to any questions (and I had MANY) that you may have. I highly recommend Shawn for any of your carpentry/general construction needs. We all know how hard it is to find a trustworthy contractor who does a great job. This is the guy. I can say all of the above with confidence because I have hired Shawn for several projects since purchasing my home in Cutchogue in late 2014.

Amazing!! Very professional and work is extrordinary

Shawn and his crew arrived on time. They were very polite and professional. At the end of the day, they did most of the tasks on my to do list. Nick was exceptional. I will definitely be using their services again.

Shawn's guys were neat, knowledgable and quick. I took a deal where I paid for 2 guys for the day. they got as much done as possible in the course of the day. Shawn came by twice to get them started, then again to check on them. He even gave me a refund for some of the materials he bought ahead of time since they were not all used. Very professional!

My crown molding was poorly installed (not by them) with excessive nail holes and large gaps; they did an amazing job concealing those mistakes and producing an excellent finished project. I would (and have) used them again.

superbly!!!! I cannot get over what a difference the powerwashing made. I had not done them in many years and they were looking very dirty and weathered - i actually didn't realize how much until i see it clean now. Why didn't i do this years ago!! They came early and worked till about 3 when they were finished. Friendly, nice, gave me a good quote and stuck to it. No issues. I am extemely pleased and am now using them to stain the wood shingles with a transparent coating to keep them looking great. i will give a separate review for that. i recommend them highly.

On time, clean and very good quality of work.

I had bought this deal from Angie's List many months ago. It was going to expire so I called Precision. They said they had no problem honoring it even if it expired. I made an appointment. They came at the appointed time and did a fine job. I asked for a quote for some possible work in the future. They were very professional and I would recommend them to others.

Shawn and his team did an amazing job fixing up our basement that previously looked like a dungeon ? you know what I mean, dark and dreary with that mildewy smell and these creepy holes that went into various crawl space areas underneath our house. Since we bought this home several months ago, we?ve had some minor flooding in one corner of the basement, which prompted us to focus on straightening out this area. So we hired J and S Restorations to find the leaking and make the basement more welcoming. Shawn and his guys took out all of the old shelving and the work-bench area, and they found a huge hole in our foundation, obviously and happily explaining the water breach. They sealed the hole right up, and then fixed other various cracks and small holes in the floor and foundation walls. They put white dry lock on the walls, which took the damp mildew smell away, and also significantly brightened up the basement walls. And the floor was transformed with the gray patio paint that they applied. As for the creepy holes into the crawl space, Shawn made wood covers that are easy to take down if necessary. What a difference! We couldn?t be happier! Shawn?s team did quality work. He is a real pro. We appreciate that he kept us informed along the way, and we felt well taken care of. Shawn is personable, knowledgeable, and reliable. We wouldn?t hesitate to recommend Shawn and his company, J and S Restorations to anyone. We were so impressed that we asked Shawn to undertake replacing all of the windows in our home. He instills a lot of confidence.
