Description of Work: Replaced /replaced wood rot on wooden storm window and replaced wood frame that had ripped out that had held storm window and then replaced and secured the window. Repairs done and wood painted on the same day. I gave a B for punctuality because he called (in advance )to reschedule the date ; Otherwise ,he came on time on day agreed upon.

Description of Work: Replaced borders around the outside of the basement windows. It went very well. Showed up ahead of schedule, we're very professional and went right to work. Shawn went over the bill with me and the price was the best estimate I received. I received quotes from two other people but I could not get them to come back because it wasn't a big project. However, it was an important job to me. I am very glad I went through Angie's List and found Shawn Piazza from Precision Trim & Paint. |

Description of Work: When they came for the estimate of work, all he did is try to up-sell me. He said the $199.00 was just for one person and he always works with a partner so $199.00 went to $400... within 10 minuets, I was told that he gets a min of $750.00 per day, what did you expect to get for $199.00. Last comment was I really don't need the work, $750.00 plus materials, No thank you!

Description of Work: I had the whole house trim;garagedoor plus rear overhang; |frontdoor,vestibule w/side window painted. The house is 2 stories and was last painted about 25 years ago. Needed lots of scraping and sanding. | I paid for 3 painters for 8 hours. Shawn and crew completed the job in the time frame. Very pleased with the results. A very professional, |detailed job all around. Would not hesitate to call Precision Paint and Trim for any future painting job.

Description of Work: Installed trim in kitchen and a bathroom.

Description of Work: Precision fixed rotting molding on the outside of the house where the roof meets the walls. The entire wall was rotted and needs replacing but I could not do that right now so they fixed the molding and patched the wall. They did an excellent job.

Description of Work: Interior painting of ceilings in 3 large rooms. Sean was very accommodating, and professional. Communications were prompt and pleasant. The rooms look great.
