Description of Work: Hired this company, I thought I had squirrels in the attic, they came in charged $ 600, to set rat traps, a few days later I called them back , the bait was gone, but did not catch any rats. The guy had an attitude, and did even add bait to the traps. I called the office got no response, so I stopped payment on my check. I called the office to inform them, and the guy got very loud, cursed at me. I told him to puck up his traps. Stay far away from this company, overpriced with bad service and horrible attitude

Description of Work: I had two problems: I heard noises in my attic. My husband said we evidence of Termites. I call Exterminex. They were recommended by a neighbor. Jason spent A LOT of time with me on the phone, I asked a lot of questions. He even gave me a rough estimate! We made an appt for the next day. His guys got here--on time-- and did the inspection for termites and went in the attic to check out the noises. They put things in the ground to prevent any more termite damage. They found a family of Raccoons in the attic and got them out safely. They were well mannered boys who were respectful of my house and property. They told me they would be back to check on the termites at NO additional cost. I feel very comfortable recommending them.

Description of Work: My fathers 80 yr old Dutch colonial home was just nearing a year long renovation to the interior when termites were found feeding on two of the main beams in the basement.I called for estimates from three large companies doing business in the area.Their prices across the board were exorbitant.Not wanting to make any foolish costly mistakes, I checked with co-workers, family and friends, online investigation, BBB, etc., and found myself calling Exterminexnow.Right from the start, Jason B. the president of the company was calm and reassuring.He explained the entire process in detail, adding that his technicians were even more educated than he was.He was not kidding! Working along with my schedule,Sean arrived a couple of hrs later.He got right to work, totally professional and super organized. He knew just where to locate them, explaining that he has several degrees in epidemiology. I was very impressed with this company,I rarely write reviews but it was my pleasure to write this one!
