Service provider was on time and was knowledgeable and professional. There was a slight misunderstanding about the price but it was quickly resolved without any problem. I would definitely use the service again.

One Application and their History ...

They removed a wasps nest from our home. He did a good job. No issues since then. He was very nice.

Went very smoothly - all yellow jacket infestations appeared to have been extinguished and a large nest was extracted from the ground near our A/C unit in back of house.

They estimated it would be $699 more dollars than the deal. I have chosen not to use the deal.

Contacted Exterminex Pest Control with regard to their advertised exterminating deal of $99.00. From start to finish they were a pleasure to deal with. Contacted them with regard to a HUGE active bee's nest we had on the side of our house where the chimney meets the peak of the roof line. They got back to us right away with a date to come out to our house which was only 2 days away from my contacting them. They called the day of to let us know when they would be here and the name of the technician who would be here. I love when a company does that. True to their word, Sal showed up exactly on time and was a pleasure to deal with. He took care of the nest, explained everything about it and what he had done, and was very professional. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again!

I purchased this deal for one of my rental units because my tenants saw a mouse and droppings. The initial exterminator came, set a bunch of traps, and said someone would come a few weeks later to check the traps. The second person who was supposed to come cancelled the appointment a day before and rescheduled for another day. When the second person came he plugged a few holes and collected the empty traps. My tenants complained that they saw more mice a month later. When I called the company they said I was passed the 30 day guarantee and wanted me to "subscribe" for the monthly $60 package. If they couldn't/didn't do the job the first time, I didn't think it would be worth it to pay for the monthly service.

Sal was the technician who came to the house. He was very honest to let me know that they were not the right kind of company I need. I would highly recommended them based on their honesty!

Technician was very late due to heavy traffic; I had to call the office to confirm appointment. The nest was about the size of a honeydew melon, hanging at eye level in our dogwood. Killing the hornets was a bit more alarming and time-consuming than I expected -- blowing poison dust into the nest through a really long tube. I tried to keep pedestrians away from our sidewalk while the angry hornets were active. When it seemed that all the hornets were either dead or missing, the tech used a long pruning pole to cut the small branch holding the nest, and stowed it in his truck. He advised me that any escaped hornets may come back and try to rebuild the nest, so I should keep an eye on the area and, should I see any, call them back to finish the job. Although I found a half dozen hornets a few days later, it was easier to get rid of them myself.

Provider arrived on time. Performed services, explained warranty, answered all my wife's questions. Very satisfied with service. I called Suburban Exterminators for a estimate prior to using this vendor. They quoted me $257. Exterminex was $99 plus Tax.

The owner of the company moved my appointment to a week earlier once I told him I was allergic to bees. The first reatment cut the hive activity 50%. I found dead bees inside my home in two areas and some that were moving slowly. I phoned the owner a week later and a second treatment was applied at no charge. This technician also told me to put tape over some small holes inside our home where we'd drilled to run alarm wires years ago. No more bees outside! No more bees inside and I can stop carrying around my Epipens! Kudos to this company!

Service tech, came on time and spoke with us about the procedure and answered all our questions. Promptly got to work on setting up to gas the hive. He then sprayed the entrace and advised us to call back if the wasps return in a weeks time. He was professional and pleasant to work with.

It went well. I got a call first thing in the morning from the exterminator, he was great.

When I called to make the appointment there were able to provide me with an appointment before the holiday weekend, which I was very grateful for! On the day of the appointment, the man performing the service arrived a few minutes early of our appointment. He explained to me how he would perform the removal of the nest after which I went inside to wait. He took about 20 minutes or so to remove the wasp nest. Following that he showed me the results. There was a some residue remaining of the nest, which he said should come off with a small amount of scrubbing it with a scrub brush. He also informed me that a few wasps may return to the area over the next 2-3 days but would eventually disperse. Additionally, he told me of the company's 30 day guarantee, should the wasps return and rebuild the nest they would remove it again at no additional cost to me. As he had mentioned a few wasps did linger for about a day or so, but since then have not returned. The man performing the service was very personable and I felt provided excellent service. I would definitely recommend this company.
