The tech arrived on time and we spoke first about our concerns that the chemicals might drift onto the grass in our backyard where our dog plays and giant tortoises graze as we didn't want to endanger them. There was no wind that day and he assured us it was a spray that he would be introducing directly into the holes made by the bees. Sure enough, there seemed to be no residual spray and we immediately started seeing the bees drop and die! He told us it may continue for awhile and it actually did after he left! We know there will probably be some bees left, but if we stay on top of this annually, we hope to save the wood from further damage. I have recommended the service to our son and has a carpenter bee problem in his garage.

Showed up when they said they would and did the work as promised. They said that they do not perform the roof inspection / sealing service to prevent the bees from coming back. That was my only complaint.

It worked out well. It was good. There were no additional charges that I know of beyond the big deal price.

What a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Called on Wednesday and they set me up for Thursday. Unfortunately (because of me) Thursday didn't work and they were able to come today, Friday. Jason called to let me know that Sean was on his way and would be here at around 4, which he was. Sean was very pleasant and professional and I'm happy to know that he'll be our service provider from here on in. They have a 90 day guarantee which is huge to have at the beginning of wasp season. Reasonably priced, punctual, professional, and great policies - what more could you want?! I realize I sound like a commercial but they were just the best - thanks!

He was going to charge $1000 to take care of the mole and vull problems. He verbally agreed to do 5 visits for $700. I gave him $600 upfront for the first 4 visits. The technician was great but we both agreed their treatments weren't improving. I suggested to try a different method and I would follow up with them and they would follow up with me. I purchased vibrating stakes to put in the ground and they didn't work either. I never called them and they (the technician) never called me. I talked to the owner and he basically told me he doesn't want to work with us anymore and I am very unhappy about that. He insulted me by telling me it's not possible that I corresponded with technician. Note: The lead tech that came 3 out of 4 times was of the highest quality and professional. However there was another technician that came out and only spent about 15 minutes at my property and didn't seem to care much.

It was excellent. They did it quickly and efficiently. They were good at giving me an appointment in a timely fashion.

It was fine. They came and we don't have the issue anymore so it's good.

They treated an infestation of wasps. They came out fairly prompt. They took care of the problem which lasted a short time but then the wasps came back. They had built a nest around the air conditioner and were in the walls. We called Exterminex back and they came out at no charge and ended up getting rid of the infestation completely. They were professional and courteous.

ASK FOR SAL! Sal is an amazing technician.. He is prompt, friendly and really knows this business. He is an asset to the company. I left a message on a Sunday for service of a raccoon in my attic. Monday morning 9:00 am the phone range with a 12:00 to 2:00 window same day! He arrived at the crack of 12:00 ...I was very comfortable having him in my home...A very friendly professional. He walk the full perimeter of my attic checking for openings. He was very patient listening to my long story. I had a different exterminating company come previously but was not happy at all. I would highly recommend this company! From office to home visit they are amazing. Great experience (except for the racoon). I will not hesitate to call them again.... Also noted - NO hard up sell for continued service - I asked about monthly maintenance and Sal had all the numbers. Will consider it for the future. Loretta

Provided excellent service and resolved the problem. I was very pleased.

We didn't spend anything extra and they were able to get rid of the mouse. They did as advertised, they were prompt,professional and did what they said they would do.

After an unfavorable first experience, I gave them a second chance and now I am happy with the overall service.

It turned out well. I may have to purchase another big deal. He came just about the beginning of Winter and the services that they provide only lasts about three months. I may have to get another shot. I may have to have them come back around March or April to do it again but it worked out very nicely. That was the best big deal I ever purchased. We paid additional $8 for tax. They came and they were on time. It was very easy to make an appointment. They did the job, they did it well and did it courteously. It was a very nice experience.

I highly recommend this company. Every step of the process was met with courtesy and professionalism. Phone calls were promptly returned, accurate time frames for service were given and they did what they promised. Sal the technician was very polite, knowledgable and knew what had to be done. He identified the issue and how to resolve it.

The technician came back for a 2nd visit and we only caught one mice. The good thing was the problem was smaller than we anticipated. We still do see rat droppings every now and than but have not actually seen any roaming around. No complaints with the service we received.

They came and took care of the problem without issue. took about 15-20 minutes.

I'm not on the premises, but provide the service for relatives living in an apartment in Queens. I had been using another service for over a year and still had mice. When I called Exterminex, they started with an initial visit for $200 (which I thought was a bit high, but agreed to pay). They now are performing the service on a monthly basis. While we haven't resolved the problem, it definitely seems to be getting better (according to the residents). Almost as important has been the service side. Their people are very professional and seem interested in helping. And Cindy, in the office, is extremely helpful, seems very honest, and is understanding. This was especially important because I'm providing the service from far away.

The representative was prompt and courteous. He opened up my window (the one in the bedroom ) where the wasps had created a huge hive. The hive was under the eaves on the second floor of the house. He told me to leave while he was spraying. He then closed the window and went outside. Hr took a long pole and rammed it into the hive. The bees were active and angry. But no one got hurt. The hive was totally destroyed, and the bees dispersed.

This was a so type of experience. He did finally get rid of the mice.

These guys were great. I got an appointment very quickly, they came and trapped the house and caught the mouse. Made my wife feel a lot bette! The guy walked me through the probably access points, closed them off, and gave me some good pointers on other stuff I can do to fight all pests (glue strips for jumping spiders, etc.). Anyway, the guy was very nice, punctual, and did a great job.

Service was fast and effective. Dug up nest from underground after spraying.
