Description of Work: Destroyed small black wasp nest in front of house, gassed yellow jacket wasp colony in frame of side door, did walk-around inspection, found no evidence of other pests. Man was very late arriving; office was terrible about keeping me updated on delays but man who did work was professional, quick, and must have done a good job because the insects are gone. Also, he was good about explaining things to me. Would recommend this company again but would let office know that I expect to be kept informed if appointment time is delayed.

Description of Work: Eliminated large hornets nest nest and also a ground bee nest. Matt, the service man, was professional and responsive in doing this. Justin, the owner was similarly professional and responsive In doing this. This was my first time using Exterminex. I picked them via Angie's list prior reviews. I will call them for all of my exterminating needs in the future. And recommend them to Angie's list members.

Description of Work: Jason was prompt and consistent. The job required follow-up visits to check on the bait traps. I am satisfied with their work.

Description of Work: Had beehives in 2 different bushes in our backyard.They first came in mid July. The technician, seemed very knowledgeable, and wasted no time in finding the source of the infestation. He told us we had a 90 day guarantee, and if we still saw bees, he would come back and do another treatment. We still saw some a few weeks later, we made a call to them and they came back to do another treatment. Since then, we have not seen any bees. |I would not hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: Exterminex pest contral took care of my mouse infestation problem. They found the entry way, stuff that hole and put down traps and came back to dispose of them all. Caught a total of 14 mice. A mother mouse had babies and all were caught, Thank God. Yuck!!

Description of Work: Jason was courteous, prompt, and professional. He made several visits; and as far as we know, at this point, he has solved the problem we were having with mice.

Description of Work: They checked my attic for animals and put up netting to avoid animals coming in. They sprayed for bees and put up netting for birds to stop making nests above my window. They were professional and helpful. They said they would come back in 3 months (included in price) if I had any other problems.

Description of Work: Mr. Frank Dardani, the exterminator, got right to the source of the problem and handled it in an expeditious, meticulous, and very savvy manner. He did not rush the job. Also, he took the time to explain to me what he was doing, why I was having the problem, and the nature of the insect and its infestation and reproduction behavior. He told me to check back with him if they returned. He was honest enough to say that they might come back and then a different procedure and strategy would be needed. I appreciated his honest warning. I can give Knockout no higher recommendation than A+.
