Extreme pest had caught 4 Squirrels in about 2wks and I haven't had problems since then.

Sal from Exterminex showed up right on time and quickly surveyed the situation. I walked through the house and showed him the "problem areas". We discussed our options, and I decided to go with the gel-based ant bait since it wasn't feasible to get my pregnant wife and three-year-old daughter out of the house for 24 hours. No complaints - I would recommend their work to anyone.

Very happy with the experience, the people and the price. Traps were set in various places near possible entry points, and each week for about a month, the traps were emptied and replaced. After two weeks of finding no mice in the traps, foam was sprayed into entry points and that was it. So far so good. Jason and Cindy were very pleasant to deal with over the phone, and Sean is very knowledgeable and super efficient, and equally important, he has a great sense of humor and perspective about his work. I actually looked forward to him showing up at my house. It's easy to see why Exterminex has such high ratings here, and there's no question that they'd be the first people I'd call with any kind of pest problem. Thanks again!

These are really friendly people. The owner Jason explained what do they. I was scheduled for the next day. Shawn came to do the treatment. He explained everything in detail, and what to expect. Answered any question I had. One thing to note, I originally asked for treatment within the house. However, after Shawn left, I discovered flea in the backyard, so I call again. They actually had Shawn come back a few hours later to treat the backyard. That's prompt service. I would not hesitate to hire them in the future.

They were wonderful! They checked our bushes and said there weren't any bee hives so he didn't charge for them. Their office staff was very friendly as well.

Had an wasp nest inside my exterior wall. They came 3 times for treatment until the nest was gone without charging extra. Highly recommended!

When I called, I explained the problem and made an appointment to have the house treated. On the day of the appointment, the technician Ramon came to my house on time and treated the areas on the roof and in the front of the house. He was very pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend this providor.

. He was efficient and through . I've seen none of the carpenter bees since. I used this exterminator be and would use him again if needed. I recommend them highly.

We called Exterminex the morning of 7/18/2014 as we had a minor emergency, a wasp problem that suddenly appeared that morning and we were to be hosting a BBQ later that evening. After speaking to Jason, we decided to use the Angie's List coupon for $99 Bee Treatment, knowing that scheduling would not be available until the following week (we were forced to move the BBQ indoors that evening). After we purchased the coupon a few minutes later, we called Jason back to inform him we made the purchase and that I added our phone number and three dates for the following week that we would be available. He informed us that he was busy at the moment, but that he would call us back within 24-48 hours. We unfortunately got busy with life things and completely forgot about the exterminator and a last minute planned trip took us away for a week. By the time we remembered about the exterminator. On 8/6/2014, two and a half weeks after purchasing the coupon, we called to find out what was going on. We explained that it was nearly three weeks and we were still waiting to be scheduled. We immediately got a barrage of excuses including: 1) " That doesn't sound right, we always contact customers in 24 hours." Then he stated that they E-Mailed me shortly after the order to schedule an appointment, implying that we did not follow directions, which I explained that we spoke to him on the phone and he was supposed to call back and never did. 2) "Why did you wait so long to call us?" was another comment that was made (very rudely I might add)...as if implying that again, it was our fault and not that he completely dropped the ball and forgot to follow through on his promise to call us. They ultimately scheduled us, did some minor spraying around the deck area, and left shortly after.

The Bees haven't returned, and I couldn't be happier. Finally a company that comes on time and actually does what their ad says! ... and at a cost $$Hundreds of dollars less that the competition!! Yeah!

The rep showed up on time for all his appointments. He was professional and clearly knew what he was doing. He got rid of the rodents in about 2 visits and came back a third time to make sure they were really gone.

So far so good. Carpenter bees have not returned

I had a bee problem and they happen to be running a 99 dollar special with a guarantee during that time, they also had pretty good reviews so I gave them a try. The first time they came, the exterminator was about an hour late. I was able to reach the office and they told me he's running late but will be there. Although late, he was courteous and professional. He first fogged the space where the bees were with a special machine. You could see bees exiting and some dying right away. It was during the day so there weren't that many in the hive. He then dusted the opening with Drione dust. After two weeks I saw the bees again, I called them up. The same exterminator showed up at no additional charge. He was on time this time, was professional, repeated the same process, plus he drilled a few small holes inside the house and fogged the area from inside as well this time. The bees did not return, but the weather soon changed so I will see for sure this summer. So far it's end of May and no bees.

We had a wasp hive in the door way and he removed it. It was a simple job without any problems.
