Description of Work: Not good They claim it was a mice problem and charged me $300 for mice/rat treatment to my basement another exterminator came and confirmed it was a squirrel and I didn’t need mice treatment as my basement was clean

Description of Work: These folks are extremely professional and accomodating. Despite various needs to reschedule for different reasons, they maintained a positive attitude and pleasantness which was very refreshing. Their service person even educated us in various methods to eliminate a repeat of our problem. They also let us know that they would be back if the problem still persisted. All in all, a truly pleasant experience. We'll keep their number around for any future problems.

Description of Work: It went wonderfully! They came on time. I had to pay extra because there was a lot going on with the bees and it needed more then one person to take care of it. I had it going on both sides of the house. They explained everything to me and there is a guarantee and no problem coming back. I would use them again and highly recommend them. Infact, it's bee season again and I am calling them back.

Description of Work: Birds entered the house through the Chimney. Exterminex was called. They were very thorough with the inspection. Although, a hole was missed in the bathroom (Terminix missed identifying it also). Yes, two pest control companies were utilized. Exterminex seemed expensive but, the service was professional.

Description of Work: The service was outstanding and the professionalism was at its highest . They provided me with excellent care to my problem . I had squirrels entering my home through a hole in my roof . Jason was very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns about this problem. I called other company's which just didn't make me feel comfortable , prices where way to high and service just seemed questionable. And when I found Exterminex they provided me with an excellent warranty .They removed all animals from my home and did a full inspection before and after the job was complete .Also sealed the point of entry in my home where animals were gaining access .
