They got back to me within 48 hours, they were pretty timely about coming here to take care of my problem. I had a problem with bees so when they came it was overcast and cool so bees tend to be generally inactive then. I discussed this with the guy and he offered to come back tomorrow when it's sunny, dryer and warmer and I had no problem with that. He came back and he actually treated a larger area than I was expecting. At this point I do see a lot less bees than before. I was happy with he service, they did their job and did everything in a timely manner. If I have another pest problem I would definitely get in touch with them.

I received a phone call today May 29 approximately 9:50 a.m. from the company indicating to me that the service man was on his way to my house; i instructed if the man could come through the back way; which he did; upon his arrival, we explained the story to him; he didnt offer to help my husband open the trap up, my husband did it all; my husband had a hard time; anyway; upon opening the trap; (which the man should have done bc my husband could have gotten stung by bees)the area was clean; the service guy wanted to treat it with chemicals; i had informed them they could not due to the fact there was a gas dryer involved; he went and called his "boss" at the truck; i went to see what was the story; he told me they have nothing "organic" to treat the problem other than chemicals; he laughed at me when i told him to put traps or maybe something that wouldnt be dangerous; when he laughed; i slammed the gate and told him to get lost; so money was taken; no service was provided.

Excellent service. Set up initial appointment with Jason, who was able to send his employee, Matt to me on the same day. Matt explained everything that he was doing and why. He has been prompt, professional and quick. They even call me when Matt is on the way to the house so I don't have to sit around waiting for him. I would call this company again if I need to.

They came 4 times. First they set traps and returned every week to check that there were no more mice in the apt. Then they filled in holes in the wall.

They laid down traps and filled the holes that contributed to the problem. A few mice were trapped and since then, no more rodents have been found.

We had seen a rodent and put out traps. We caught one but were fearful the situation might be greater then one mouse. Exterminex came and assessed the situation and put out more traps in areas we didn't think of. We caught 3 more and reset. He came back the next week to check traps and examined house for possible entry. He stuffed holes, explained why steel wool not the best and other things that might be needed, e.g., told us what work we might need masonry work (by a mason) to eliminate all access. He was thorough, knowledgeable and professional . He offered to return if needed. We were delighted that he did not try to sell any additional services. We were very pleased and highly recommend

Matt is extremely professional and pleasant. Will definitely call Jason if any problem arises. The warranty was 6 months as per deal from Angie 'a list and they honored that.

I called Mr Jason Brodsky and left a message about my need for his company's services and he returned my call very promptly. I explained that I needed a termite inspection and treatment as part of a house sale and that he would have to contact my realtor to gain access to the property. He took down all the information and explained what had to be done and quoted a price. It was reasonable and discounted somewhat since the main house did not need treatment. The whole thing was handled and scheduled over the phone. I received a billing receipt, certification and a thank you note a few days later via email. The whole transaction went smoothly and professionally without incident. It was a pleasure doing business with Mr Brodsky of Terminex

They were great. They were on time, very professional and courteous. I was totally satisfied and would use them again. I highly recommend them.

They were nice and did the work and installed some traps and followed up a 2 nd time.

Came same day after listening to my description of problem. He explain what it was and sent a tech within two hours. Wow!

They came out as soon as I had called.

Matt has been in my house on several occasions. I first contacted the company on 2/14. There was a mouse running around in the house and more in the walls and attic. Jason Brodsky the owner answered the phone and was extremely receptive and sent Matt to my home within a couple of hours. Matt was extremely friendly and professional and immediately started setting traps and placing them strategically around the house. Matt returned 2 days later and then a week later to check the traps and removed the dead mice. He also checked the house inside and out for mice entrances and blocked them. This service cost only $159 on special and has a 90 day warranty. Compared to other companies the cost was great for all the visits it covered. I saw this same service for up to $600. We have not heard the mice since his last visit. Then on 2/28 I found a live squirrel in my fireplace. I again called and spoke to Jason who had Matt to my house within an hour. He trapped the squirrel and put on a new appropriate chimney cap which is where the squirrel had entered. Problem solved. This service cost $300 which was again very reasonable compared to other companies. All the services I have gotten through Angie's list have been very good but this was outstanding. I would rate this company A++. I was so impressed with the speedy response, accurate diagnosis and successful treatment of my problems, which is crucial when you have live animals in your home and you are standing on the bed and on chairs. I highly recommend Exterminex. You will not be disappointed.

Everyone that came to my parent's house was completely professional and helpful. They explained exactly what they would be doing from day one. They always showed up on time and I have not had any problems since.

I noticed several medium sized black ants in my home office. When I called for an estimate I was given all the information I needed to make an informed choice about exterminating them, as well as a very reasonable price. I was given a prompt appointment and a call on the day of the appointment with info about the technician and when to expect his arrival. The provider arrived in a timely fashion and behaved in a genuinely professional and personable manner. He was quick and efficient. He explained what to expect and when and why to call him back if needed,.

I called Jason and scheduled an appointment because I had heard mice in the return venting and living room wall. Matt came out on the 23rd of December and set traps under the kitchen sink and in the utility room of my condo. He returned on December 26th to check the traps, but there were no mice to be found.

I had a mouse and they found it! They came back out to check and lay some traps. They were very professional, courteous, and on time. Highly recommended and I’d use them again.

Jason was very helpful in getting someone to the house on the same day. Matt arrived and placed traps around the area that i had seen the mouse. He came back a couple of days later and removed the dead mouse. He is due to return in a couple of days to do one final check and then plug anywhere that they may be entering the home. Very professional and was happy to answer my questions. Would definitely recommend the company.

They were very responsive. After an unsuccessful service with another wildlife removal person - the immediately came in and started setting traps for the squirrels that were present. It took a number of weeks and it was very challenging as they are performing a gut renovation on the building next door (this was how the squirrels got access to my roof) -they were able to still set the traps and catch 9-10 squirrels. I had my doubts, but they were great and kept coming back until there wasn't any sign of them. I am so happy, and it's much quieter in the morning. Shaun and Jason were great to work with!

Matt was punctual and immediately removed the rabbit. Then he re-screened the vent where the hole was so that no other critters could get in. He was professional and very kind. I would definitely use this service again.

Well! Sal came to the rescue..Such a wonderfully patient young man. He came every day to check the traps. No critters were caught.. as if they knew they would be ex communicated from the neighborhood. There were no sounds of these free loaders (squirrels) wile the traps were down. So grateful for this professional company. I know if I ever have any more trouble they will come promptly. I recommend them highly.

The technician, Sal, who came out was very well versed in trapping rodents. It’s an ongoing issue and I was instructed to install weather stripping along the garage overhead door to keep the mice out. They’re prompt and get right down to business and explain the process very well; they keep you in the loop. I am planning using their services again in the near future.

Exterminex is great! They were incredibly pleasant, and very responsive in both setting up numerous appointments to remove mice from a tenant's apartment, and to locate the openings where said mice were coming in. I would definitely recommend them.

There were a few stages. First I met the sales person for an estimate and explanation of what I needed. Then I had to schedule for the technician to come in to do the work. It did take about a week for someone to come in. They were professional and explained what they were doing. Best of all they have been responsive to call backs.
