I looked for a local company that could take care of a bee/wasp problem that was getting out of hand. I found a deal on Angies List and purchased the deal. Sal .. was in contact with me within a day ..and service was arranged. He arrived as agreed .. was knowledgeable, courteous,,professional and polite. He explained what he would do .. did the deed ...and I am hopeful that the bee problem is done. 30 warranty included. Highly recommended ..... will use the company again for other insect issues.

Really didn't do to much to elevate the problem I guess that's why it was $99 dollars.

Purchased the deal in the late evening. I received an angie's list message and phone call the next morning and the company came out that day to take care of the problem. They were fantastic. I highly recommend.

Using Exterminex for the second time . They provided me with great and fast service . I spotted a hornets nest in my bush in yard , I called jason at Exterminex and he sent a tech to my with in the same day of call . They came treated the nest and removed completely I have yet to see any further activity since A+++++

Exterminex came the following day, they were professional, sprayed and cleaned the area around a tree where the bees lived. They took the bee's nest together with their queen bee. Some bees came back around looking for their nest but it was not there anymore, in 3 days they were all gone. Great job!

Arrived within hours of call, set traps throughout crawl space and home. Returned following day to remove the mouse and then again the following week to make sure that all was clear.

Booking the appointment was easy. I had the choice of before-noon time or the after 12pm. I chose the before noon time since I had to leave at 1pm. When it got to be noon and no one showed up, I called the office. I was told they were running an hour late and wouldn't be to us until 1pm. I canceled the appointment. I wish someone had called me earlier (and I didn't have to call them until they were a no-show for the appointed time) as I could have maybe moved some things and kept the appointment at a different time. Also, I may have been spared waiting around all morning for them for nothing. Can't speak to the service but the punctuality and the communication for sure could have been better.

They were very friendly, professional, and responsive. Unfortunately, I couldn't use this deal because my co-op has their own pest control company.

i'm thrilled. came exactly on time promised. did job fast, took time to exlain everything to me and wife. gave 30 day guarantee and told us what to watch for the nest few days.

Wonderful experience! Just yesterday I noticed a huge structure (the size of a basketball) hanging from one of the branches of my pear tree. There were many creatures which looked like bees swarming around it. I searched Angies List for beehive removal and I was directed to Exterminex which was offering a big deal for this service. I quickly bought the big deal coupon and called up the company. Jason picked up and gave me an appointment today. He called me approximately one hour before the earliest time of our appointment to advise me that one of his men, Sal, was on his way. A few minutes later, Sal did arrive and identified the structure as a hornet's nest. Within a few minutes, he was able to remove the nest after spraying it with insecticide. He was very reassuring and professional. He also told me to expect to see hornets returning to the previous site of their nest in the next couple of days. However, he advised me to call if they start to build another nest. He promised to treat it again free of charge.

Relied on Angie's list for vendor. Used the $99.00 coupon. Service was performed as agreed upon. Job was completed within a week of my initial call to Exterminex. Appreciated the "my guy will be there in 10 minutes" phone call from office on a Saturday morning. Well done!!!

It went great. The gentleman who came was very informative and professional. Any other time I need an exterminator, I will definitely call them. Their prices are much better too. I would recommend them to anybody.

I was contacted via email to schedule the appointment, however he told me that he never received the coupon code. He was courteous & professional, but for right now I have decided to cancel the deal .

The exterminator arrived on time and did a most professional job. He was courteous and kept us informed of what he was doing every step of the way. The work was efficient, clean and effective. Very happy with the outcome.

We purchased a $99 bee removal package from Angie's List. We scheduled an appointment for first thing Monday morning. They arrived by 10:15 (as arranged on Friday) with a phone call beforehand to let us know they were in the area. They sprayed the nest and looked at a couple of other things. Super efficient. There is a 30 day guarantee on the work as well so we have a piece of mind. It was well worth the price and saved me a trip up a ladder to face down a colony of bees up two stories.

We noticed some food in our pantry was being eaten and since neither my wife or I tend to leave itty-bitty bite marks in our food, we assumed that we had a mouse in the house. I purchased the Big-Deal and called to make the appointment. It was very easy to make the appointment and they worked around our schedule as much as possible. We settled on a day and time and we got a call about 10 minutes before saying the Tech, Sal, was on his way. Sal was very professional and helpful, he was very knowledgeable and was eager to answer all my questions. He set all the traps in the basement, garage, and kitchen based on where he thought the mice were getting in and the path they'd most likely take to get to the food. After setting all the traps he set a follow-up appointment. At that time he checked all the traps (caught 4 mice) and sealed the holes that they likely entered through. Sal said that if we see any more evidence he would come back but so far - so good. I feel that the price paid was more than fair for the amount of time, work, and knowledge that went into helping us. More than that, the piece of mind that we will not have a future problem is priceless. I'd recommend Exterminex to my friends and family.

Extremely professional. I received a call 10 mins before the technician arrived, which was 10 mins earlier than our window of time scheduled, typically most companies have you waiting the full window of time. The technician was very professional introducing himself and reviewing my concerns. He was very neat with his work and appearance.

Had a rodent problem. used them for a special. Had them on 2 floors had to buy 2 specials. They did a good job. Would use them again. the price was pretty good.

They were very professional and communication was excellent. They offered to come the same day I called if it was urgent. The exterminator that came was friendly and nice. I haven't seen a carpenter bee since!!! I would highly recommend Exterminex!

I called up and spoke with Jason and he made arrangements for someone to come on Saturday to check it out. Jason was informative and very helpful. Matt arrived on Saturday during my having a garage sale. He was most helpful and explained what would be done. He set up the traps and told me he would be back in a week. Sure enough he came back and checked it out. One trap needed to be rebaited and Matt returned a week later. No activity so he returned 2 weeks after that. Still no more activity but he left the traps in place and said I should call if I saw any activity. I was most pleased with MAtt's professionalism and the services he provided. I will use this company again if I ever need any exterminator type services.

I had called Exterminex at 9 pm and left a message, I was called back the next morning and given an appointment same day. I received a call 25 minutes before appt. stating that technician was on his was and would be on time, arriving in a Exterminex truck and would be wearing ID . The technician that came was very professional and courteous. He was knowledgeable about yellow jackets and took the time to explain their habits and aggressive behavior. Before suiting up in a white "bee suit" he explained what he would be doing and how he would be doing it. He lifted up planter as bees came swarming out at him, sprayed in different areas of planter and picked up large nest and removed it (taking it with him in truck). The entire process took less than half an hour. I was very happy with the overall experience with Exterminex Pest Control, and would use them again.

I called on Thursday and Matt was at the house less than 24 hours later. He was friendly and professional and checked out all the areas of concern on the property - both indoors and out. Matt then treated for yellow jackets under my back door as there was obviously a nest located somewhere in there. He explained that the true impact of the treatment wouldn't be known for five days and recommended that I survey the property again in about a week. Additionally, Matt told me that the service comes with a 30 day warranty, and that if I still had an issue with the yellow jackets that he'd be back to take care of it in no time. Given the prompt and detailed service received so far, I'm confident that they would be happy to have someone return the finish the job as needed. I would absolutely recommend Exterminex and call them again for future pest issues.

Turns out there were squirrels in our attic that weren't covered by fixed price. He subtracted the package from the Angie's list buy. They came every day with traps until they were gone. Then sealed the area that they were getting in the attic from. They were Great! When my husband found one looking at him in his office, we panicked. They came immediately.
