it went well. the guy was nice and respectful and on time. no cancellations or sloppy work. so far dramatic reduction or complete removal of mice (havent noticed any recently). One more appointment to go.

After calling and speaking with many of the termite inspection provider's on Angie's List, we decided to go with Exterminex. Based on the discussion, they appeared to be offering a higher level of technical proficiency and over the phone seemed to be well-versed in the service. We could have gotten a free or less expensive inspection from many other services, but chose to pay for Exterminex because we felt we would be getting a higher quality of inspection for the price, rather than someone trying to sell us a long-term service plan. The experience was extremely disappointing. The inspector wasn't able to spot termite damage (mud tunnels) that are clear even to the layman's eye. The inspector was a nice enough guy, but he wasn't at all knowledgeable. I had the impression that they hired someone to send in that wasn't experienced in pest control. I would have been disappointment with this inspection if it was free, let alone having spent $195 for it.

Killed 1 nest on first attempt, 2nd nest on third attempt, 3rd nest still lives on but were very friendly and responsive and came back each time I asked in the 30 day guarantee period.

It went very well. It was very easy to make an appointment and the tech showed up on time. He was courteous and professional. He did his work and said if it happens again within 30 days to call back and they will come back to take care of the issue. Week later I saw some more wasps hanging around the same spot so I called them back and they sent a tech back who cleared the area again.

Once they treated the area the problem has been solved. I've recommended them to my daughter who is having the same problem.

I just called them back after seeing bees in other end of the soffit and they will be back on Tuesday - very quick to respond; stood by their guarantee.

This is a rental apartment and I had to coordinate the appointment with the tenants. Jason was very accommodating and the technician came promptly at the appointed time. He was friendly and polite and explained what he was doing. He advised them that they may see some activity for a week and if they see more than that then he would return for an additional treatment. There is a 30-day warranty. To date the tenants have reported no activity. Hopefully the problem is solved but if it recurs, I will be calling Exterminex again.

Saw numerous yellow jackets flying into the crawl space above my garage. Exterminex Pest Control sent someone over to take care of the problem for us while we were away. The insects for some reason came back a week later, so we called again and someone came out to take care of it at no charge. Haven't see activities since.

Prompt, professional, and good communication. Though the person was running a bit behind, they made sure to communicate with me that morning to let me know as close a time as possible. Would recommend their services to others.

I was very happy with the job that was done. Jason scheduled the appointment and Sal did the job. He was very friendly, professional and explained everything he did as well as showed me what he did. They were thorough and professional and I believe they have eliminated my problem. Since it was inside a wall of my garage, this was something I did not feel I could handle myself. I needed professionals and this is what I got. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them.

Provider showed up on time and located the buried yellow jacket nest in the corner of our backyard. He then eliminated the nest. Very knowlegeable and a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend and use again.

I had made an appointment for Monday 8/25 for around 4pm when I would be home from work. Jason called me around 1pm that day to say his tech Sal was in the area and since the nest was outside I did not need to be there and Sal could go over right away There is an additional charge for tax (less than $9 which Jason had told me when I made the appointment) but he said Sal would leave the invoice in my mailbox. My 91 year old mother lives with us and she reported Sal was very nice and professional. He removed the nest and treated the area to prevent a re infestation and told my Mother if there were any problems they would be happy to come and fix them. So far, things are great..nest is gone, no sign of any stray insects and it's a pleasure to have our backyard safe and wasp free! Highly recommend this company!

Terrific all around. Prompt phone contact, easy scheduling of service. Very courteous and respectful of our time. And the treatment worked. The tech took time to explain everything he was doing and some of the habits of the wasps and plants they like. The best part of everything was that the treatments worked and alleviated nearly all of the wasps and bees on our deck and most of the yard. A few weeks past after the initial service and a few bees came back to the deck and we were appreciative they returned to spray more. We will be using Exterminex again and have already recommended to others. Very happy, thank you Exterminex!

Technician was very prompt, friendly and took care of the hive very quickly. All done in only 25 minutes, that's why I give a B for price; felt a bit expensive for the small amount of time he was here. But overall I still do give an A! I do recommend!

The process was very quick and it went extremely well. The service provider assured me if there were any reoccurrences of the hive, I should call and they would come back out to remove. I was extremely pleased with the service!

Perfect. Prompt response, appointment at my convenience, inspected entire exterior and found second point of entry. Told me to call back if necessary. After5 days I had a few stragglers. very well. Bee hive was removed by Exterminex employee named Sal. He accomplished his mission very professionally and explained what had to be done. I had called two bee hive removers found in two telephone directories. One wanted $300 and the other $280. Exterminex charged $99 and could not have done a better job. Sal was professional, prompt and very personable. This was the first time I used Angie's List to selectr a service provider. I was very satisfied. He did his job in less than half an hour.

They came to my home as promised, listened to my situation, and examined my house thoroughly. They laid traps where they detected rodent activity and we're successful in capturing the rat that prompted my initial phone call. As promised, they returned several times over a period of about 4-5 weeks to make sure that I had no more remaining issues. I was very happy with their attentiveness and professionalism, and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of an exterminator.
