Description of Work: I met the Ambassador team a little over 10 years ago when we added the dormer on our home. We loved their work so much that we used them when we completed our second expansion. The team was amazing, the work performed was incredible and clean. What I loved the most is that they stuck with the budget and worked with us on all changes. They’re definitely the ones to call if you need any type of work done on your home

Description of Work: Overall fantastic. From start to finish Joe our project manager was available every step. They were clean and polite. The responses from all our question were answer immediately. The entire crew was professional and great. Would love to use them for every project.

Description of Work: January 5, 2017 Gary, now that we are settled in and the business of the holidays has passed we wanted to take a moment to formally thank you, your project manager Doug, and the rest of your crew and subcontractors. What more can we say about Doug our project Manager and valuable asset to your company! He always brightened things up with his tremendous sense of humor. From the very start, Doug was extremely responsive to questions and telephone calls. His focus, experience, and expertise was very helpful to bringing the finished project to fruition. Our project consisted of a total knockdown and the construction of our new home. It took us about a year to interview contractors. We interviewed many contractors and although you weren’t the cheapest you were well priced and most importantly you worked with all the nuances and constraints we had. You were flexible when we wanted to work with our own kitchen designer and the project got done with full cooperation from your crew. Although jobs never go as planned (and ours was a massive project) we can’t think of anything worth mentioning that would prevent us from choosing you and your crew if we had to do this again. We lived in a mobile home on our front lawn for the entire project and experienced the whole renovation first hand. Your whole crew were always courteous and always made sure the site stayed safe for our family. Your subcontractors were there on time, every time and even answered the bell during odd hours to make an emergency plumbing repair which affected our mobile home on one of the coldest days of the year. During construction, your men showed up bright and early! They were clean and respectful on and around our property. They took their time to do even the smallest of details with the utmost care. Things were done correctly and efficiently. We must say, watching the old house come down and the new one go up was one of the most exciting things for us to witness. We’re so glad our 10-year-old got to experience it first hand. Santana and his crew were simply amazing and taught us a lot about framing! We now know that Kings and Jacks are not just only in a card game. Jose! What can’t that guy do?? Fixed our windows, when we really thought it was a product issue! and framed a complete wall in a matter of minutes! Very talented, with a great sense of humor… in a blink of an eye, he and Sinbad had the construction site looking spotless! Your Carpenters Sunil, Anan, Jeff and Anthony all take a lot of pride in their craft. Their carpentry skills are second to none. As small business owners, what we most appreciate is trust and integrity. You and your crew earned that! We have a saying “Service is a promise to deliver”, well you all delivered! When the town inspector came by to inspect the framing we held our breath as he traveled throughout the house…. we were imagining the list of things that he would come up with that would keep the project from moving forward. All we kept hearing from the inspector was that he was impressed at what a great job the framers had done. That right there speaks for itself, you built us a top-quality house, that our children and future grandchildren can enjoy! Depending on the time of day we drive up to our house from opposite ends of the street simply to admire the beautiful angles and features of our home. All your input to add charm to building our house is greatly appreciated. You once told us “I’ll make your house Pop” and boy does it “Pop”. The color lines you suggested complement one another perfectly! Our neighbors and others that pass by still compliment us on our beautiful new house and of course we do not hesitate to let them know it was Ambassador Home Improvements who built it. It’s no wonder why the TV Show “George to the Rescue” featured you on one of their segments. We as customers always want things as simple as hitting an “easy button”. When you invited us to your beautiful showroom to select siding, crown molding, flooring, door handles, etc. it was like hitting that “easy button”. We will gladly refer you to all our clients and friends, and please feel free to use our name as a reference. Description of Work: Pretty much came in about 40% higher than everyone else and when I asked him to meet and discuss the number to see why he so much higher than the other 6 contractors I priced he blew me off and said "it is what it is, there is nothing to talk about" I guess he didn't really need the 150k extension that I was offering.

Description of Work: Kitchen and bathroom remodel. Ambassador did excellent work in a professional manner. They were on-time. The project came in on budget.

Description of Work: A little problem in the beginning, but that was corrected. A professional job.

Description of Work: Ambassador built my kitchen...blew it out and doubled it's size in 2009. We had a leak from the heavy ice and snow. It came thru light fixtures and left the kitchen ceiling a mess. I called Gary, the owner, and he sent over some swell guys who opened the ceiling to check for mold. Then, they plastered and sanded the ceiling. Another man fixed the roof...and all without a charge!
