Description of Work: I had two 25+ year old air conditioning units, which were still functional, but were becoming less efficient and more difficult to maintain. I replaced the older one in the summer of 2016 and John's crew was respectful and efficient. I told John that I would like to replace the second one in the summer of 2017 and, since units that took Freon were being phased out, John agreed to hold a unit for me over the winter of 2016. The unit was installed this past July and John did a great job. He did the job himself and was pleasant and professional from beginning to end. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Aaron to anyone seeking a company to provide air conditioning services.

+ -1 moreThe job went perfectly. Could not have asked for a better experience as John and his crew were exceptional. Professional and courteous and they know what they are doing. I would highly recommend them as their pricing is very fair and they will do the right job. It is obvious as to why they have been in business for so long.

+ -1 moreThe mechanic who came to service the unit had a lousy bedside manner. He wasn't inclined to want to explain the expensive work but he said it was necessary. He was reluctant to answer my questions. After the fact, I got a quote from another mechanic from a different company for the same work which was significantly cheaper. I would not recommend this company and will no longer use them.
Description of Work: They replaced a motor in my furnace.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARRIVED VERY PROMPTLY. THE MAN WHO PERFORMED THE WORK WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THE MECHANIC, ERIC, DID GREAT WORK IN VERY HOT CONDITIONS. HE WOULD NOT GIVE UP UNTIL HE FOUND THE PROBLEM. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED.
Description of Work: THEY REMOVED THE MOTOR TO MY CENTRAL AIR, AND ARE REPLACING IT.
