DO NOT USE - READ WHY! The minute something went wrong with my A/C - they deflected and did everything possible not to take responsibility to do the repair. They told me to find someone else. When I had my A/C installed I had specific instructions that they should put in a bildge pump in case something goes wrong and the pan under the unit in the attic overflows with water. Well that exactly happened. The pan under my unit overflowed and water overflowed and did major damage to my ceiling. So I called them for service, they came and they said they snaked the line and it should drain fine. I asked the service guy why the bildge pump didn't kick in. He said there was just a bildge switch and it drained into the same exact pipe as the pan. I was like what? They didn't put a separate line for the bildge? Have the owner call me please. No one ever called. Well a week later - massive massive ceiling damage. The pan overflowed again. This time the owner John came and started deflecting immediately. The first thing he said, is well you know the unit is 10 years old. (huh?) Then he tried to blame ME for the unit having an issue - while his company has serviced my air conditioner EVERY YEAR since it was installed! He went on and on with bs saying the problem was due to the air filter! How could you even blame me? Your company is the one that has serviced my A/C! Are you kidding me? He didn't want to fix the problem or take responsibility so he told me to find another company to fix it. They lied to me when they installed it. There is not a separate line for drainage for the bildge or even a bildge pump! I asked him the insurance company he used and refused to tell me. Can you believe an owner of a company would act like this? From the moment he walked into my house he was on attack mode and not interested at even taking care of the problem. If you want to find yourself in the same situation I am now, go ahead and use them. Unreal a company could behave in this manner.

John showed up ( the owner). I was impressed. He is extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong. He went and got the part the same day and had it fixed that day. It was amazing to see someone so attentive, knowledgeable and willing to help. This business has excellent customer service. When I first called they were super sweet !! I wouldn't ever call or recommend anyone else.!!!!!

Excellent service! Aaron Air Conditioning Co. was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The Owner John and his entire staff, from the office to the field are professional, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. The workmanship was second to none. During the installation of the new system, John and the entire crew were very courteous, and mindful of the residence. They protected the floors, removed and disposed of the old system, and cleaned up after themselves. They provided a tutorial of the new system and the new thermostat. I highly recommend them for any Air Conditioning service replacement, or entire new systems. A+

I have been a customer of Aaron HVAC for many years. Initially there services were limited to maintenance / repair of my two central HVAC systems. Yesterday they replaced my second central air unit both the compressor and the air handler. They replaced the other system 2 years ago. I needed to replace both sides of my systems because I needed to change to the newer refrigerant. In addition both air handlers were beyond there life expectations. They do fantastic work and charge very reasonable costs. The owner John was present for a good portion of each installation to ensure the job is finished to his high standards. John is a seasoned expert and takes the time to explain things to me over the years so I understand his decisions and charges, be it a repair or replacement. He is approachable, honest, and nice, its almost shocking compared to my many interactions with contractors over the years. His staff are all professional, nice, and responsive, including Donna his main office person I've interacted with. I could go on and on, but I'll stop. He's the kind of contractor that you hope he doesn't retire before you stop needing him.

It was a first rate experience on every level from start to finish. John, the owner did the estimate, explaining to me each aspect of the job, how it would work, location of equip. electrical requirements etc. Very professional. Bonus...….. He is personable! Sent me proposal, when agreement was reached kept me informed of equipt. arrival date, established installation date. Arrived on time with crew, who were neat, courteous, helpful, and did a top rate job installing my system. This level of professionalism extends into the administrative side of Aaron a/c. Donna, in the office handled all my questions, and details flawlessly. All in all EXCELLENT! I would recommend heartily.

John arrived for estimate at the appointed time. Explained my needs in a clear manner and quoted price up front. Workman arrived on time and introduced themselves. They immediately placed a drop cloth where they would be walking so there was no dirt dragged throughout the house. John arrived an hour later and stayed with the job throughout the day. Very neat and professional. Patiently explained the new thermostat functions. Very professional and friendly employees. Secretary helped get the warranty established for me. Great job. Now I just have to wait to see if everything works this summer.

John and his team we're great on all counts. Responsive, courteous, professional, and prompt. Everything went exactly as planned with no surprises. Promises made, promises kept and the price was great too. I will definitely use them again for all of my air conditioning needs. Highly recommend.

Called on one of coldest days and received prompt attention. Two courteous repair men came and initiated the repair work. John Walter, the owner, came a little bit later and they worked on the boiler until sufficient heat was coming up. Really appreciated their promptness, courtesy, reasonable charge and my heat. Will definitely call them again if have problems with the boiler.

This company was fabulous. I had 2 other companies (1 being Universe) telling me I needed a new boiler and were quick to give me an estimate. This company cleaned the boiler well, opened and vacuumed flue and told me boiler was in excellent condition and could probably last another 10-15 years if not more (boiler is 19 years old). The tech, John, was professional, methodical, patient (I’m a senior woman), clean and left everything immaculate. I DEFINITELY WOULD USE ONLY THIS COMPANY !

this is the best experience I have had dealing with home repairs. Steve who did the work was great. He said that we did not need a complete new system, as we were told by our regular AC company and did the job in 24 hours. He saved us 4000.00 and was truly knowledgeable about what really need to be fixed. Don't hesitate to call them!!!

Matt was the ultimate pro. Explained all options. Never tried to oversell. Got us up and running and told us company would deduct refrigerant cost when we install a new unit. I would definitely recommend them. Prices very fair

The young man was so knowledgeable and professional. The weather was so hot and the inside of my house was just as hot. He had the part in his truck , installed it and my air conditioning worked right away. I made so many calls to various companies, this company was the only one that came the next morning. I called to speak to someone about a problem that I cannot get any company to resolve and I had to leave a message. They called back immediately. I explained my unusual problem and asked what would happen if the problem was misdiagnosed. For instance, if the technician said the thermostat was bad, which it is not, and they replaced the thermostat only to have the problem occur again after the tech left. She said they guarantee their work and would go on diagnosing it. I asked what would happen to the fact that I paid for a new thermostat. She did not understand what I meant. I told her that I have had the problem misdiagnosed before and she told me that I should check each companies reputation on site's like Angie's List and I told her I did. She began to get frustrated, because I kept pressing for an answer about paying for a new thermostat that I didn't need. She finally said that the money that I paid for the thermostat would be credited against whatever repair finally corrected the problem. I then said Ok and that I would call back to make an appointment. She then said goodbye and slammed down the phone abruptly. People in her position who deal with the public need to be able to understand that the public doesn't necessarily speak in proper technical terms and they should have more patience. I had hoped I would be offered to speak to a technician before setting up an appointment to get a preliminary understanding of the problem

We needed to install new air conditioning, John from Aaron Air conditioning came to the house and recommended the best equipment for our situation. Installation was done on the promised date. The crew was neat and efficient. This is the second time we have hired this company, couldn't ask for better.

Aaron did a great job on my install of Carrier split system. Other installers tried to sell me a unit which was too large for my house. Aaron was very competitive with pricing and sold me the right size unit (according to the MFG). The men were professional, curious and clean. Wish there were more companies like Aaron. I am a perfectionist and hard to please.

Aaron Air Conditioning is the best company we've ever had do work on our house. While meeting with John the owner for the initial estimate it was very clear that he is a genuine good, honest guy who first and foremost wants you to be happy with the work he was proposing. He is also the lead installer on the job site, which I much prefer to a guy in a suit who has never been on a job site trying to sell me a job. On top of being the most knowledgeable, John was able to give us the best price of our 6 estimates. On installation day they laid drop clothes down in the entire house, took off their shoes, and could not have been any neater. His crew Jimmy, Mike, and George were unbelievably respectful, polite, hard working, and overall a pleasure to have in our home. My biggest concern was how the line sets would look on the outside of the house but John was extremely creative and went above and beyond adding hours to his work day to ensure the work was aesthetically pleasing as well as efficient. Donna in the office was super helpful in taking care of all rebates and product registration for us. In summation, get as many estimates as you like, but if you call Aaron Air I would be shocked if you dont go with them.

Our house was difficult because there had been additions to the structure that made certain areas hard to get to. John took his time in the house when he first came to look in determining how to best serve our needs. He and his crew were on time both days and were very professional and clean while they worked. They did an outstanding job and left no debris behind. It was also the hottest days of the summer but that did not prevent them from doing a good job, nor did it make them rush their work. We did get other estimates and his price was fair. We contracted with Aaron Air because John was genuine in wanting to do a good job. He truly cared about everything and provided us with options as to where to place some of the registers so as not to tarnish the look of our home. We do have some other air conditioning needs and we will certainly hire Aaron Air again. If you are looking to get quality workmanship with care at an affordable price, look no further! John at Aaron Air is your man!!
