It was time for a new mailbox and I went with this company after reading all the A+ reviews on here. I placed the order online and used the discount coupon from Angie's List. Diane called me back right away to confirm the order, she is super nice and was great in keeping me updated every step of the way from the shipping to installation date. You've Got Mail makes it very easy in that you can order the mailbox directly through them, and have the new one delivered by installer. On the day of installation, the installer arrived right on time, and the entire process was just about 90 min from removing the old mailbox to installing the new one. I made the decision to move my mailbox location to the other side of my driveway so that it would be easier coming home and getting the mail without getting out of my car. The installer followed my wishes without any complaints. At the end of the install he used a level against all the sides of the mailbox to make sure everything was straight and perfect. I have already received many compliments from neighbors and friends on the new one. So happy! I would not hesitate in recommending this company to friends and family.

I don't like what we've picked. We're going to have to replace it. It's junky looking. They came right away. I don't like the product. The service was okay but the product wasn't. They should have better product than what they've provided.

They were very professional and punctual with their installation appointment. Shortly after placing the order online, I was contacted and provided with an estimate mailbox installation date. Once the custom made mailbox arrived, they contacting me and locked in an installation date. They arrived on time, removed existing, installed new mailbox and cleaned up all debris in under 30 minutes. Highly recommend their services to anyone who needs to replace their mailbox. I was extremely pleased with the service. The communication was outstanding and this company did everything possible to make sure that I had a new mailbox within 24 hours.They were pleasant and also were concerned with the final look. I mean, a mailbox is a mailbox, or so I thought. I am very pleased with my new mailbox installed by "You've got mail". Really! It looks much better than my old one ever did (a do it yourself installation). The lettering on the side showing my address is lovely. The installer even took my old and broken mailbox and post away, which was a complete surprise. Once Diane and I connected, everything went smoothly. There was a bit of a delay because she had a family emergency but who has not ever had one of those? I am very happy with this service provider and highly recommend it. Hopefully, I will never need to replace my mailbox again, but if I do, I know who to call and if I know of someone who needs a mailbox install/repair, I will surely recommend "You've got mail". Thanks to Diane and the gentleman who did the work!

Diane ( the owner) and her son (Trevor), bent over backwards to make sure that we were happy with their service. They are new to our area and although they had jobs elsewhere, they travelled to us. They called to reschedule once, due to an outside issue, and offered to find an alternate service to help us if we preferred not to wait. The next day they came, even though I couldn't be there, and when I got home, I was very pleased to see the mailbox looking brand new and SO much better. Great customer service, good value, great people! I would highly recommend!

Dianne is extremely helpful in an area totally foreign to me. Her suggestions and followup made what could have been a uneducated decision and transaction smooth and seamlessly. Love my new mailboxes and I HIGHLY recommend going direct to You've Got Mail when deciding on new mailboxes.

Great. Excellent job in the back office staying in touch & getting exactly what I wanted.

After I placed the original order, I received an e-mail that they would contact me in a day or two to set everything up. I received a call from Diane asking me what kind of mailbox and lettering I would like. She said it would be a day or two to get the mailbox in and she would contact me to set up the installation. She called me 2 days later and we set up the installation for the next Tuesday between 900am-1200pm. Her installer was running behind schedule on that day, but Diane called me 2-3 times to keep me updated. Her installer arrived a little after 1:00pm. As I had some appointments that afternoon, I couldn't stay with him but it was not necessary as he said I did not need to be home. When I got home I had a new mailbox, secured in cement. The installer had cleaned up the area and everything looked great. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new mailbox put in securely.

You've Got Mail was contracted by a major Home Improvement chain to install our new mailbox. The owner of You've Got Mail contacted me the very same day and was able to schedule the installation for just two days later. The price for the entire installation was very reasonable, less than half another contractor I had contacted to install just the new post. Although there was a small problem that required I call my sprinkler company, we are very happy with the quality if the installation. You've Got Mail even reimbursed me for the additional cost incurred when I had to call the sprinkler company for a minor repair.
