Diane was great! I wasn't sure if I was going to order my own mailbox/post and just have them install or have Diane's company do it all. After speaking with her, it was an easy decision to have them take care of everything. Her prices were extremely fair and reasonable, and she was able to work around my schedule. Her installers were professional, neat, and friendly - they did a terrific job! I would definitely use them again, and I plan on recommending them to my friends and family.

My second go around with this firm and just like the first time, the experience was painless. Everything completed correctly and on time including cementing post in ground. If there is one minus it is the limited selection and the website is kind of clunky.

The owner, Diane, is very personable, helpful (especially with scheduling) and knowledgeable on her products and services. The installer, Anthony, was exceptional. A quick and sturdy installation was made -- 30 minutes approximately. I purchased a sturdy YOU GOT MAIL metal/wood post system for about $150. YOU GOT MAIL Installation Service is a separate product -- $150. You can purchase either one or both together. All costs include sales taxes. I highly recommend this business' products and services!!!! This is one stop shopping.... they do it all. If I tried to be a DIYer (aka Dagwood Bumstead) I would have taken much longer and incurred additional expenses (post hole digger, cement, nuts/bolts).

After ordering a new mailbox and post from You've Got Mail on Angie's List online, I received a phone call asking what color mailbox we would like and what we would like to have painted on it in what color. We were given an installation date, which was rescheduled later. No problem. Our new mailbox and post are very attractive, our street number and street name beautifully printed on both sides of the box. We are very happy with our purchase.
