Liam and his crew were all very skilled and personable. We want to thank Burke construction for turning a disaster into a dream.
Description of Work: We needed to replace our first floor carpeting, tiling and hardwood floors due to a leaky and overflown toilet. Liam was selected to perform the work as we felt immediately comfortable because of his knowledge and professionalism. We highly recommend Burke Construction for any work you may need performed.

+ -1 moreWe needed to complete the basement of our house. Burke construction did an excellent job with the owner onsite all the time. A very thorough estimate was provided which detailed every work item - something that made us feel very comfortable as we knew exactly what will be done. Everything was done perfectly and according to schedule. A leak that another contractor was going to charge thousands of dollars was fixed for a few hundred dollars and we had no repeat of the leak up to now (8 years later).

This time our whole kitchen was redone soup to nuts (no pun intended :) ) As before: - Perfect job - Right on time - Gave us detailed specification and completed every item + more - very pleasant to work with - always available to come back to fix any issues - made sure to keep area always clean - very honest Since everything was clearly itemized when we decided not to tear down a separating half wall, the bill was adjusted right away to the penny. In addition took care of things not on list list putting up a wall tv we purchased, fixing lights outside, fixing tiles, etc.

He was onsite almost every day to help his guy Antonio out (who was probably the hardest working guy I've seen). The basement came out better than I could have expected and Liam had great suggestions and recommendations to make sure it came out how we envisioned it.

+ 3 moreLiam (the owner) came in and did the work himself, which was very important to me! He and his company came in to completely renovate my unfinished basement. The attention to detail was wonderful. I was given a detailed work schedule and it was adhered to perfectly. The job site was always clean at the end of the work day, which my husband and I greatly appreciated. We were also very happy to know that Liam only brings in licensed and insured vendors, such as the electrician and plumber that were used on our job. In the end, we couldn't be happier! Our basement looks phenomenal...from the hard wood floors all the way up to the crown moulding!

We are both very particular and have high expectations. From the time I first met Liiam I knew we were in good hands. Liam spent a lot of time helping guide us through our project. We never felt rushed or pressured to make decisions, there were no surprises, or excuses, the rithe project turned out just as planned. Our family with three young children still needed to live in the house during renovations and they were all courteous and understanding. My husband and I have heard horror stories of other companies that are dishonest with pricing, don't show up or do subpar work. We are so thankful that we used Burke Construction because there was never a doubt that anything would be other than we were originally told and as far as the work, well, when you have a perfectionist as your skilled contractor you know the finished product will be exactly what you dreamed it could be.
Description of Work: Liam and the crew of Burke Construction did a complete demolition of our kitchen and rebuilt it. From the very beginning of the project we were given an estimate of all costs (which he explained) and a timeline that he adhered to throughout the process. Liam is on the job site daily to do the work or oversee that the work is competed to his standards and constantly communicated with us to make certain we were pleased with the progress. Ours was a huge remodel since we replaced and altered the layout of kitchen and and as with any remodel, especially a complete gut, it can seem overwhelming, but he and his crew made it as easy as possible. For those concerned about trusting a contractor , use this company. They will show up each day on time, work neatly and respect those living in the home. All deadlines are adhered to as is the budget. Their work is absolutely beautiful. We had walls taken Down and replaced with a breakfast bar which is my favorite part. Every piece of our beautiful custom moulding is new.. It is like new construction. Our family, friends and neighbors can't believe the transformation!

He will show up each day on time with his crew and at the end of each day they clean up the jobsite. He and his employees of Burke construction went above and beyond to create the space that we'd envisioned...
Description of Work: Liam and his crew finished our basement. From having concrete walls and floors to a beautiful additional living space. His work is perfection. Liam is punctual neat and organized. His original estimate was detailed and precise as was the timeline for completion. He is honest and reliable and great with communicating if you decide to make changes to your original plans. He and his crew did the framing, Sheetrock, spackling, flooring and custom moldings. We also added an additional full bathroom in the basement.
