I've been looking for a contractor like this for a long time. Professional, with an eye for detail. They were proactive in identifying potential problems and solved them immediately. The work completed isoutstanding.

Burke Construction Inc. is a very efficient and professional company. Liam and his crew are so reliable and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of remodeling and construction. They remodeled my kitchen, three bathrooms and finished my basement along with several another jobs! I highly recommend this company!!

Burke construction was the best decision we made. We got numerous quotes and Burke was the most honest and straightforward. They were clean and kept in target with estimated time! Pleasant staff as well. Owner Liam was fantastic and responsive to concerns.

Extremely pleasured with all the updates. Liam Burke managed all the work, and his crew did much of it. Communication was frequent and effective. Liam was a perfectionist, and paid close attention to details. Definitely would hire company for our next project.

The work was expedited in a timely manner. The sub-contractors were courteous and tried to keep the workspace and rest of our house as clean as possible. Liam, the contractor, listened to our requests and followed through. We are very pleased with the result.

Contacted Liam for an estimate for a kitchen remodel on Saturday 6/26/21. He told me he would get in touch w me next week to arrange date for estimate. He text me on Tuesday 6/29 and offered to come Thursday 7/1, and I said yes. He text me Thursday 7/1 at 10 am w the following “Hi Lisa there is a possibility that I may not be able to make it to you today I should be able to let you know In the afternoon if so is there another day that is convenient for you?” My response : Hey Liam- thank you for letting me know. I am off Saturday,Sunday’s and Thursday . I don’t get home from work on other days until 7 pm. Thurs the 8th? I have some flexibility Tuesday the 13th if it’s before 11 am. He never responded, and I sat around on my day off waiting for him. Never informed me in the “afternoon “ that he would not make it. Almost a week later on 7/7 he texts me again apologized for not getting back to me sooner ( never mind apologizing for the incident last week) and asked me how was tomorrow, 7/8 in the afternoon. This was my response, “hi Liam - i have an appointment at 5:15 that I should have no problem changing if need be - what time would you like to come ?”, and I didn’t get a response so that I could change my appt. if needed. He texts me the next morning and asks me how is 3:30 on thurs 7/8 and I replied yes, sounds perfect. Unfortunately, at 10 am, he sends me the following text, “Hi Lisa unfortunately I have a change of schedule for today one of my foreman has to leave early so I need to go out east to supervise the job he is working on this afternoon I leave for vacation tomorrow I will be back the following week can we schedule a meeting sometime when I return”. I said I live right off of €¥£|! Could he swing by quickly and he said he was not able to. I never heard from him after his vacation or every again. I cannot believe that he has so many wonderful reviews being such a poor communicator and being disrespectful of peoples time. That is why I wrote this review. I went on to obtain 5 estimates and every single one was prompt, courteous, communicative and respectful. Every company. The most insulting was that he didn’t apologize for standing me up… he apologized for not getting back to me-

Crew was phenomenal- hard working, considerate, thoughtful. Basement remodel took 5 weeks just as planned. Liam, Antonio and Billy were wonderful. Will definitely be using this company again in the future.

Liam and his team as always do an excellent job. Liam Pays attention to detail and his assistant Billy who did a lot of the carpentry work was on point. Always cleaning up at the end of the day and informing me of an issues. I would definitely hire them again.

I hired Burke Construction to renew an old staircase with oak flooring and new banisters and to renovate my basement. Burke Construction is the only company I would highly recommend for all construction projects. Liam finished my basement into a lovely apartment. He also renovated my master bedroom and master bathroom as well as making me a custom king size headboard. Liam is honest, dependable and a true professional. His work is impeccable. Liam and his workers were always polite, helpful and considerate. At the end of their work day they diligently cleaned up any construction mess. Liam was very professional, honest, and easy to work with. He explained everything thoroughly and provided a detailed quote. There were no surprises. The crew was courteous, professional, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. We're very happy with our new bathroom and would highly recommend Liam!

Everything went great. Quality was excellent and job was finished in a timely manner. Price was very competitive. Liam was very responsive and we were kept in the loop as to the progress of the job. Would definitely hire again.

Liam and his team are very professional, from start to finish the project was expertly managed. The workmanship is impeccable and our fixer upper now has two beautiful bathrooms and finishing details that make the house a home. The project house is a significant distance from our year round residence and Liam made the process easy by painstaking walking us thru the process, coordinating deliveries and working with vendors. His attention to detail was refreshing. Further, every time I showed up at the house to drop off anything, he had his crew greet me and carry everything from my car into the house. I highly recommend him and expect to use him in phase 2 of the renovation project.

We hired Liam in June/July of 2018 to finish our basement. This was our first time hiring a contractor and we were a little nervous, but once we met him, he immediately put us at ease. He was very professional and easy to work with. He performed an inspection, gave us a floor plan, budget and timeline. He was easy to reach by phone, text and email. His crew arrived every morning on time before I left for work and I was able to leave them alone without any concern. Our basement project included framing, insulation, drywall, trim work, electric, ceiling lights, paint and flooring. Note the paint and flooring are not included in his estimate, you are responsible to purchase these items on your own, but he will pick it up for you from the store and install. He took care of everything, it was completely turnkey. The finish product came out amazing and we would highly recommend them for any project.

Liam and his crew were great to work with. Liam was very responsive to our questions, Antonio (in particular) and the other crew members did great work, were very respectful of our house and cleaned up nicely. In contrast to other contractors we used, we were never made to feel like we were being difficult for making even the smallest corrections or adjustments. I would highly recommend using them.
