The satisfaction of the job was 100%. The crew was excellent and very professional. They had excellent references and everything came out wonderful. They cleaned up everything afterwards and they were great to deal with.

Liam Burke and his workers are skilled professionals who are also friendly and courteous to work with. They cleaned the work area at the end of each day and completed the project in a timely manner to perfection. I am extremely pleased with the outcome.

Liam Burke, the owner, was great! He and his worker, Antonio, were punctual, reliable, and did quality work. His price was reasonable. Liam responded to my emails quickly and kept me informed about how things were going. He also responded quickly to my texts. He listened to what we wanted done and followed through. Mr Burke did not show up for his appointment foe estimate nor did he bother to call and reschedule. I guess he thought his time was more valuable than mine. I can just imagine trying to get him to come after he got paid !!

Liam and his men were always prompt and courteous. No detail was overlooked and the job was done when promised at price quoted. In fact, Liam returned extra money I had put in final payment. I had to leave home one day so left the house open. They completed that days work and were careful to lock up before leaving. Very honest crew. Liam and his crew (Antonio and Bernardo) went above and beyond and gave me the hone office I always wanted. Always on time, very professional. They made sure everything was clean before they left for the day, and worked in a way that didn’t disrupt our day-to-day life. Liam provided details every steps of the way to make sure everything was up-to par and how I wanted. Already planning our next reno with Liam. Highly recommended!!!

Liam, and his crew delivered an excellent quality finished product ranging from the floor joists, mud job, tile installation to the moving of plumbing, gas lines,, etc... for a perfect kitchen cabinets installation. Anything else I needed like toilet, electrical lighting, additional electrical sockets & cable jacks were also professionally installed. I’m glad there are still honest contractors who really know what they are doing like Liam and his team. I would highly recommend Liam for his services and I plan on calling Liam myself. for more projects.

We started with a total blank slate (unfinished space with utilities and laundry) and Liam finished the space, created a 3/4 bath with shower, and put the utilities and laundry in dedicated rooms. Liam was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, up-front and honest about costs, and the quality of the work done was very high. All sub-contractors (electric, tile, paint, etc.) were of high quality. Communication was excellent. We would absolutely use Liam again (and did for a smaller repair project a few months later).

At the recommendation of a friend, I called Liam Burke of Burke Construction to get an estimate for moulding work for our foyer. We met with Liam and he was quite helpful with providing ideas on what would fit in well with the surrounding rooms. We were satisfied with the estimate, and his proposed work dates fit in well with our schedules, so we hired Burke Construction for the job. Liam and crew arrived on schedule, were very professional, and completed the work neatly and on time. Liam and his team were very impressive. Bernardo and Antonio took much pride in their work . They were punctual and very polite and took care with whatever they were doing . I have 3 very rambunctious dogs and they including Liam worked with me when it came to making sure they stayed secured at all times during their work . And Bob the plumber also did a great job . Liam him self paid so much attention to detail as the tiles that I picked took a tedious hand to install and the bathroom was very tight quarters .They cleaned up after they were done. I was very impressed . I will be using Burke construction again In the future for many other projects .

Liam did a great job making our basement into not only a usable space, but an area of the house that we can enjoy spending time in. he was very approachable, and never intimidating in the way that some contractors can be. Whenever there was an issue, he took the time necessary to make things right. The only large issue occurred with a sub-contractor who was trying to overcharge us for extra services. However, Liam very professionally and capably handled this situation. I appreciated Liam's honesty and dedication to craftsmanship. I will definitely hire him again in the future.
