Because there was sheetrock behind the wall, the technicians were not able to find the studs. A hole needed to be made. The customer was asked if he wanted us to patch the hole for him, he declined. Without the hole being fixed, proper mounting cant be done.

Description of Work: I paid Angie's List $250 for audio/video installation services. The company came and charged me $344 without considering the $250 already paid and insisted on payment at that time; so I need the $250 refunded to me.
