Steve arrived at appointment time, checked our tv and determined we needed to replace it after 7 years. We agreed to purchase through the company even though it cost somewhat more than if we used discount retailers becadusr we wanted a smooth transition. We also requested that our media closet be reviewed and better organized. There was a delay of a weekend before Steve was able to return with the new TV because he had been injured. We were kept apprised of the delay and rescheduling that ultimately went very well and as we had hoped. Reliable, efficient service.

Tech was awesome. Thoroughly appreciate the time he spent troubleshooting my concern. It came to pass a bigger deal than I expected. He made sure explained process and why I was having the door bell issues. Was able to correct and replace what was needed.

David and Steve were most professional to deal with in upgrading and expanding our buildings security camera system. Communications were prompt from David and Steve did an excellent job, even though there were a couple of "curve balls" tossed his way during the installation. There were a couple cost overruns that were not anticipated but the charges were fair and fully explained. Overall, we are extremely satisfied and would recommend their services. Thanks guys. Very professional, prompt, polite and thorough. They mounted all 3 of my TV and sound bar. All the staff, from reception to technicians, have just been great.

Called these guys and they did a fine and very professional job! Showed up early and left after all my questions were answered regarding the equipment and functionality. Everything looks and sounds amazing! I would recommend them to anyone!

This review is for a not-so-well-aged job - 5 years ago. Had them install a 75inch 101lb TV in the wall. The techs who came in said they were not comfortable with the mount I bought in advance. Would only use theirs. I paid the premium for their mount. I always felt the tv was just slightly off. Now I've had to take the TV off the wall and found that the built-in level is off, they could not have missed it - they knew and hid it. However, even worse the mount model they used is rated for 77lb... The instructions I found had two models listed: 77 and 99lb. They endangered my family by their deficient work.

Steve was great. Mounted TV and a heavy mirror along with several other minor things. Was quick and efficient. And friendly nice guy! We even traded dog photos :)

They came to look at the work for a quote and never returned my calls or emails as follow-up.

I hired Mr. HiDef Inc. to mount my flat screen tv on a wall in my apartment. He arrived within his appointment window and provided great service.

Steve the technician did a fantastic job and in under 2 hours.. very professional and focused. It looks very nice and now my bedroom looks much bigger and organized.

After we prepaid for the services, the company was unresponsive to multiple attempts to schedule our installation. As a result, Angie's List had to refund our payment.

Dave was very efficient except he didn't have the correct wire for the sound bar when he did the home visit. He said he would be back the following week. He never returned or called us. We reached out to Steve, in the office, leaving several messages but hasn't been a response so far about finishing the job by continuing to hook-up the sound bar. They called me back after I put in a bad review on Angie's List. They were apologetic. They came and checked on it and they said that they can't attached it because the sound bar is broken. I am still a little suspicious on why my sound bar was not working.

Great. Arrived timely and did great work, as they had previously. Also helped me with selection of mounts and av components for each room.

Brian showed upon time, and his first question was where should he leave his boots so he wouldn't track dirt into our home. I really appreciated this politeness. He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing, asking us questions to make sure he was positioning the TV just where we wanted it. Outstanding in very way.

they try to fix it however i was not quite successful. and when i try to call them my few attempts went to voice they have never called me back.

Their add did not disclose all costs and the amount they wanted to charge nearly doubled.
