It went great. He hooked up my surround sound ( I didn't know I had) and got other components hooked up and working. He got rid of wires I didn't need and explained everything to me. Couldn't have been nicer.

Work went smoothly. Was able to successfully adept to unexpectedly thin wall. I'm very satisfied with the experience.

Actual installation took much longer than estimate so price was more than I expected. However, all individual prices for each element were communicated up front.

This is the second time I used this company and they are wonderful. They always go out of their way to provide excellent service and are very professional. I highly recommend them.

Went well you could tell immediately they knew what they were doing and went about doing it immediately. The only disappointment was my installation was scheduled for Monday 12-12-16 but David called me on that date at approximately 8:00am having to cancel bacause Steve had a illness in the family. The appointment had to be rescheduled for 12-19-16.

He showed up and went straight to work. He was very neat , catching all the dust from drilling and left no mess behind. The t.v. was mounted at the perfect height , exactly where I wanted it. When the installation was complete, Mr HiDef even explained how the television worked (it was the first Smart TV I had purchased) Also when my cable was too short he even solved that problem with no stress or hassle. I highly recommend him and would most definitely hire him again.

I bought a new LG OLED TV and needed it hung on an articulating wall mount in place of an older Samsung that was to be moved to another room, this TV would also be mounted on an articulating arm. I added a 4K receiver and an Xbox OneS to the setup. My initial contact was Dave, we briefly discussed my project and he agreed to send Steve out to assess and provide an estimate. The estimate offered was great and Steve went ahead with the instal a week later. I'll keep this brief, these guys are a joy to work with. I'm on a condo board and I interact with a great many vendors and these guys are A+++ The installs were fantastic, Steve is a great guy and very professional, but the true measure (in my opinion) of how good a vendor really is, is their willingness to help you resolve issues after the bill has been paid. I had some minor issues, nothing that Steve did or didn't do but when you're dealing with new technologies there are often little glitches that arise. Steve and Dave were both responsive and helpful in resolving issues after the install was over, I really cannot recommend these guys highly enough! If you've any home theater needs don't hesitate, call these guys ASAP!!

The installer was very professional, his work was neat and efficiently done. Although the installer arrived after the appointment time, the company called me in advance of the original time to let me know there was a delay and all turned out great.

I must say that Steve was prompt which was great! He was polite, clean fast. He was so professional. I was pleasantly surprised how efficient he was and he DID NOT attempt to nickel and dime me because I used the special from Angie's list. I look forward to using Mr HiDef in the future. Price was reasonable and headache free!

Perfect! Mr. HiDef was punctual , professional and very nice. I asked for his opinion as to height of the screen and he gave an informed, insightful answer and then shared what he himself would do. The result was a perfectly placed, quick, efficient and very professional job of mounting the TV. He even wanted to clean up the dust from the drill! Well worth it. If I had another TV to mount I would not let anyone else do the work. I would DEF recommend to my friends and family. Thank you .Mr. Hi-Def and thank you Angie's list .

Mounting of TV on living room wall, no problems, and they were able to also hide the lines coming down from the TV. I also had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, who was extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. I would recommend them highly.

Went great, TVs all hung with no issue (four in total). Also did an infrared sensor for one TV so that we could hide the box in our basement. Will use for all my future TV needs and would highly recommend. Price was reasonable and workers always on time.

I purchased their $89 for one Hour of Audio-Video Installation Services. After providing them with a date and times to perform the installation of mounting a TV and soundbar they sent a message asking me to call with what work was being done. I called back immediately, spoke with someone who let me know that there would be additional costs for equipment to hide the wires and and what the additional cost of time would be if they went over their hour, charged by the half hour. Although I wasn't thrilled that this was already costing more than the service I had purchased, I appreciated that they let me know these costs upfront, and that i could pay with a credit card after the completion of the service. They were also able to schedule the time and date that i had requested. They never showed up. They didn't call they day before, or morning of to confirm, which i thought was odd, but they hadn't told me that thy were going to. I waited until the end of the 3 hour window to call and inquire as to when i should expect them, and there was no answer. I left a message that wasn't returned and sent a message through angie's list that is still yet to be answered. While I've had companies show up outside of their window, or cancel on me in the past i've never had a company not contact me, or be completely unresponsive. Not responding to a customer when they didn't show up to do the job that I had not only paid for, but was planning on paying additionally is completely inexcusable and I will never use their services again and would not recommend that anyone hire them in the future.
