It went well. Steve was very professional and knew what he was doing. Once the TV was mounted, he cleaned up the debris left from the installation. The TV looks beautiful on the wall! My daughter had someone else mount a TV, previous to Mr. Hi-Def and they did a lousy job! You could see the wires and it was not anchored securely! She paid as much as I paid for the service! Do your homework and research who you are hiring before you spend your hard earned money for crappy service! I highly recommend Mr HiDef!

Being a single female and not knowing much about electronics and TV mounts, I was a little nervous to hire someone to mount my brand new TV's. I was sure someone will rip me off and overcharge me. But, not these guys! David worked around my schedule to arrange an appointment and Steve was absolutely amazing. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Steve made sure he was done in timely manner and set up everything without any wires or cables showing. His work was exceptional and I will hire him whenever I move again. Thank you David and Steve for amazing service!

He also explained the install and was helpful with determining the height of the mount for the TV. Performed work quickly and everything worked out great. Definitely would recommend.

Mr HiDef Inc put up a shelf and changed out the mount that we had for a more flexible one. The price was good although we had to pay a bit more for the shelf. The only minor issue was that the sound bar wasn't centered underneath the television. I called a couple of times to have him come back out to center the sound bar but I haven't heard back from him. With the exception of the sound bar the work he did was good.

Great experience from start to finish. Very professional and customer service-oriented. Pleasant and easy to work with when setting up appointment by phone. Arrived on time and did an excellent job installing. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely hire again.

Was ok. Tv was mounted a little too high. They want to charge the same amount to come lower it. They plugged in some devices of mine incorrectly and I had to fix it myself . They charged more for some extra wires they needed. For the price it was ok.

They were on time and had all the materials they needed to do the work. They explained everything that they were doing and why the mount was installed incorrectly by a previous company. They were very thorough and I haven't had any issues with the TV or the stand.

Great. The mount I purchased did not work with the TV. They had some mounts with them that they that I was able to purchase so the visit was not wasted. The guys who came were professional and efficient. They also gave me advice on setting up peripherals and other TVs I will need mounted in the future.

I had purchased a tilt mount to use instead of the flat wall mount which came with the deal. Apparently, my mount was defective or not to its specs of weight limit for a tv. No fault of the tech. He had a tilt mount to sell me which I purchased for over $110 and I added the cost of concealing the wires. The tv mount was installed too low and it keeps tilting downward toward one side. I mentioned this to him and he stated that due to the weight of the tv, it will continuously have to be adjusted. I'm dissatisfied with the work. Overall, the cost of the whole thing was over $300. I also have holes in the wall because he kept hitting a concrete barrier.

The tech was a true professional in every sense of the word. I had multiple questions that he answered completely and put all the concerns I had to rest concerning the install. The job was completed flawlessly and I could not be happier. I will absolutely use Mr HiDef inc in the future. It was truly a pleasure doing business with the aforementioned.

They were great! Found mistakes that a previous audio company made and corrected them with no problem.

I never used the service. Got a refund because a friend unexpectedly did the work for zero cost. But the conversations I had with the provider were great and I would seek the company out again if I had similar needs.

I was late to the appointment due to work conditions. Steve was on time and did not show any inconvenience (and also started charging me only after I got there). Given my volatile work schedule, this was very well received and courteous. He was efficient with the work, work was completed in a quality manner, he was responsive to my questions and asks, and was extremely knowledgeable about the technology behind how it works. My Verizon cable guy was scheduled to come in the next day, and Steve mentioned 2-3 things I should be thinking about when the cable guy was setting up. The next day, even when I had questions with the Verizon guy, I was able to get in touch with Steve, we facetimed so that he can see issues, and fixed it telephonically. My only "constructive criticism" is my personal preference for no shoes in the house! (which I am sure he would have accommodated if I asked). Otherwise, very professional, and just a wonderful human being. Thank you.
