Description of Work: They gave advice on what equipment I needed for a bedroom closet/wall tv installation with hidden equipment (cable box, Apple TV and wires) and provided the equipment and installed. Would totally use them again for any wifi, sound system, alarm etc. needs. Steve is great!

Description of Work: Michelle in the office called to confirm and reviewed the planned work. Steve arrived on time and breezed through the entire job. It was a pleasure to sit at my desk and hear the various components spring to life as he made each connection. Before leaving, he went over how to access each piece of equipment and how to use it.

Description of Work: Mounted my tv, hid wires in the wall and in brackets, mounted a sound bar on one of my other televisions. Everything went smooth and they were very friendly and knowledgeable on all questions that I had. Will definitely be using them again.

Description of Work: Steve did a phenomenal job but he encountered an issue in mounting my down and out mount, which took 4 hours longer than expected. He did find a solution on the spot and eventually installed the mount, but I ended up getting charged over $500 more than expected. I don't know what could have been done, but it turned a $450 mount into almost a $1000 mount. The mount is up and working, so I'm not complaining other than the time it took to solve the problem.

We appreciate the review. The additional time spent came from repositioning the same TV from one wall to another due to change of customer preference. Making sure that the articulating mount was secure because it is a full motion mount and did not have the correct support behind the wall. As well as, correcting a previously mounted TV, mounted by someone else. Overall we were there from 10-6pm in which the customer was not charged for time spent resolving any issues of the mount. Time spent was used to ensure customer satisfaction, as well as a proper and professional job.

Description of Work: When I contacted Mister High Def to set up installation they had inform me there would be additional charges such us time spend installing if it took longer then 2 hours, travel time inc tolls , and other fee's. Up-sale right from the start. I felt it was not going to cost me as advertised.
