I was sent an invoice for equipment AND labor that had to be paid BEFORE they would agree to come back to do any work. Description of Work: I had a scheduled for one date, never got a call confirming that date. When i called them, the person who answered told me that they were stuck on another job and she couldn't reach them to find out if they were able to come to my house. As a back up plan, we rescheduled for the next week. Again, no call to confirm the appointment. I called them numerous times and either they were having major issues with their phones, or they just don't care. I honestly was shocked when they showed up on the date we had rescheduled for since there was nobody answering their phones for DAYS!!!!!!! Very annoying, very unprofessional.

Description of Work: Took a long time to schedule the appointment. Apparently there was a tragedy in the office and everything came to a standstill. I'm sorry for them. But...We had wanted the tv mounted for a particular event and I wanted to be there and could probably have saved $65 since I knew where the old bracket was and my daughter didn't.

Description of Work: The 2 men arrived promptly and asked if we preferred them to remove their shoes. This was the first, and one of several, indication that they practice respect for the homes in which they are working. They performed the work expediently and improvised where required. The man in charge was very generous with advice and in answering questions relating to the work done and possible solutions to future issues. Very positive experience and would recommend this company as well as work with them again in the future.

Description of Work: Installation of TV mount on wall. I initially had them come in because they were to hide the cabling into the wall. However, when they arrived they said that my wall was not conducive to doing the in wall concealing. They installed the TV with a visible cover which they were able to provide.
