It went very well. They showed up as stated and I explained what I was trying to do. They told me how they were going to accomplish the task and went about their business. The entire thing took about 45 minutes. I would recommend them to anyone else who needs their services. They were prompt, courteous, neat and efficient. Would use them again.

Unfortunately I wasn't there the first time these fellows came. Although we had decided where we wanted the TV placed on the wall, they convinced my friend that it was better "lower" at eye level or about 30" above the floor. This was way too low and would not allow any furniture beneath it. Additionally they had gone through the wall behind the TV and made a hole on the other side. So I wasn't pleased initially. However, they came back immediately and reset the TV, cleaned up the mess, and because of the hole that was made, didn't charge me for the additional mount that was an added part of the original package. They patched the hole but didn't paint it. It's hardly noticeable. So overall I think they were responsive and responsible and did a good job. The customer service was excellent and I had no difficulties in getting them to correct the work without a hassle.

Steve arrived on time, set up neatly, and got the job done efficiently and quietly. They left the work areas nice and tidy. We are very satisfied with the results. The cost shown here reflects the parts (2 sets of 2-way mounting brackets, longer HDMI cables, and 2 "power kits" ), we had paid in advance for the labor.

Audio tech guy was a true professional, came on time, was pleasant, knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Steve arrived on the very early side of the three-hour window. He solved my problems on the fly. After all, how much productive information can be exchanged over the phone? Nevertheless, installation took just a little over an hour.

We had trouble with the old Fujitsu TV and could not install Apple TV on it. We then decided to replace the old TV with a new smart tv. The work was timely, professional and we are very happy with the results.

I am so excited that I found Mister High Def! I have never worked with a more pleasant team. I used them initially to mount my 55" TV, but then I found out that they install security cameras and phone systems and hired them for that. Everything was left clean in m office and their crew was extremely professional and accommodated my needs 100%. Thank You so much for everything! I will make sure to tell all my friends!

They were extremely profession. Scheduled me in a timely fashion. Everyone is super nice there. Every question I had was answered. Everything was clean when they were done working! And the equipment they installed is user friendly. Even my grandmother can use it.

When we open our second office we called them to install all the new phone system, the in office network and security cameras this guys did an amazing job. they were super nice professional and mega mega clean (that was important to us). two days after the installation we got a phone from their main office to confirm that we are satisfied with the service. after this great experience I had with this company we decided to get them to fix all the problems we had in our main location from the previous company we dealt with. recently I decided to use Mister HighDef at my own house, they mount my new 60" flat screen TV on top of the fire place and insulted surround sound system and made my living in to a home theater experience my family loves it and we are very happy.

Mister High Def was a pleasure to work with. Their customer service team was a pleasure to speak to on the phone and their scheduling team made sure I my schedule was kept in mind. The Installer did an amazing and professional job installing my projector and audio system in our theater room. The crew was on time, clean, and knowledgeable. Compared to the other quotes I received they were the only place that did not try to take advantage of me financially. I will definitely use them for any future projects I have and will recommend them to all my friends.
